This is one of the few locations that makes their coffee properly. However, if you order food, it will look like they threw the ingredients into a wrapper, shook it up, and chucked it out the window at you. Level of care and quality for food items from this location is almost a 0

This is third time I ordered farmer wrap egg and cheese and they keep giving me farmer wrap bacon

Order a plain vegan with cream cheese and when I got to work around 5:05 pm tonight I take a bit and the lady who was in drive threw out butter how u get butter from cream cheese wasn’t impressed with this at all

This is the worse tim hortons I have ever been to. I work in the area and when I’m running late this is the only option. There was plastic in my drink and the employees stand there looking like bigots and don’t do anything about it. I asked for whipped topping and get charged 50 cents for barely any topping. The employees here are the most incompetent people I have ever met. And do not tell me to contact timhortons.ca/contact-us. Give me a direct number to call or don’t say anything at all.

Coffee served through drive thru are always terrible, especially in the morning. Coffee tastes blunt or burnt and not fresh. Staff are the rudest most of the time. If you dine in, staff are loudly talking. Experience is not good dining, drive thru or take out. There should be something management can do to make the business work better in customer service and quality of Coffee. I love Tim Hortons but the brand on this location is not living up to "help community start each day on the right foot".

This Tim Hortons is ridiculously fast to the point you always feel rushed. This is the second or third time I ordered a bagel toasted with butter and it is so smothered with butter it’s almost inedible. I really wish they would stop putting so much butter!!

I was there in the morning for breakfast, bought a latte with three sugar and two hash browns, when I checked the bag there was only one hash brown and the latte didn't had any sugar in it. This is the second time it's happening. Worst experience from here.
