The worst Tim Hortons I have visited. The only reason I came back is because of the friendly young lady at the front when I came yesterday. But today a raving woman who made a disgusting messy sandwich who they called Matel is the rudest person. She made a mistake and blames the nice lady at the front very rudely while screaming. I will never go back to this store and will tell my family and friends to stay away. It doesn't matter if she's a supervisor, she should never yell at staff infront of other people and argues with customers. And, Upon reading the other reviews, this store doesn't deserve even 1 star.

This place is such a disaster I ask a loaded box sausage to the Cashier 2x with no sauce on it and the guy ask me again i said no sauce and he still give me with sauce on it. And then i said i want with no sauce he give it to me with no sauce but i saw he is out of sausage he pick some a little bit of sausage in the loaded box with the one he replace and give to me. I don't want to be complain again and ague with him because i need to go to work. This is not acceptable

I arrived at the drivethru and placed my first order no issues until I went to order second order. I was on the phone to get what one person wanted and when I was telling my order I couldn’t hear what the woman was saying and I’m partially deaf and I talk loud and when I realized she was telling me they didn’t have what I was requesting bcz they only had 3 or 4 types left I got upset bcz it’s lunch time when I arrived and it was poor managing to not have donuts for the lunch rush. Then when I got to the window and asked why there weren’t donuts ready the supervisor “Ishman” pushed the employee to yell at me and that she had donuts cooking. I yelled back at her to stop yelling at me and she yelled louder that I was yelling which I was in response to her yelling at me. I asked for my order and she refused to give it to me. I asked for the phone number and the managers name and she gave me a receipt with her name on it and wouldn’t give me the managers name. So here I am complaining about the horrendous service provided by this location. You have horrible reviews you might want to teach your staff how to give customer service and to not assume everyone can hear. Disabilities come in all forms and the way I was treated was appalling.

The drive-thru gave me a different coffee but Cassandra fixed it for me without any hassles when I came in to complain. She is all smiles and very friendly so that is why I will just order upfront whenever I go to this store.

Went through the drive through with my dad. He is 74 years old and has dementia and diabetes. When we got to the second window he started fumbling and forgot that he needed to eat so he asked for a wrap. She refused to take his order at the window. I spoke up and said hey can he just get a timbit or a muffin because he needs to eat he has diabetes. They refused again. The customer service is horrendous. I will never go to that location again. You should be ashamed to work in hospitality. And whoever runs that location should teach them manners. Pathetic behaviour

August/3/2025 - I used Tim Hortons Drive Thru this morning for breakfast, very ashamed and disappointed at what they did in return. My original order was an English Muffin, i’m very disappointed to see that there is nothing in it, just two toasted breads. As someone who depends on Tims to do their job right just to have breakfast this isn’t something i can brush off my shoulder. DO BETTER TIMS!

I visited Tim Hortons today at 2:14 PM and had a very disappointing experience. One of the staff members changed only one glove while keeping the other one dirty, then continued doing various tasks with the same glove. I ordered a steeped tea and a plain croissant with butter. Unfortunately, she toasted the croissant using the same dirty glove. That’s unhygienic and unacceptable. I ended up leaving without taking my order. Cleanliness and food safety should be a top priority—very disappointed.
