they should do something about the homeless around the restaurant, it's really not safe and they are bothering a lot of people...

I understand there are a lot of homeless in this area but you should not restrict full paying customers from your seating area on Sundays. That made me go find a better cup of coffee and tastier treats somewhere else. BAD BUSINESS and attitude of the staff.

Every morning I change buses near your cafe. But as much as I would like to have a coffee, I can't do it because there are many homeless people inside the cafe and outside it as well. It's impossible and a pity.
Absolutely Amazing! Great Place For Iced Coffees, Sandwiches As Well As Cookies, Timbits & Doughnuts. Especially Ice Cappuccinos! Great Place To Access Commerce Place As Well As The Bus Stop For The ETS Buses Including Outside The LRT Area of Central LRT Station in The Downtown Area. Especially During the Weekdays!

Unfortunately it was closed today, not sure if it's temporary or permanent. I understand though why it would disappear... The homeless junkies breaking windows and stuff all the time, yelling at workers if they try to keep the place from getting squatted, even their dining area is closed half the time because the homeless just monopolize the place... It's sad because i live near and was going there all the time. It was probably difficult to find employees to work there.

Most of the time i used to buy coffee from there and every time they don’t fill the cup properly. Like we are spending money and we are not having proper quality, they have to focus on this and fill the cups properly.
For a downtown location, great view, fire place inside on a Saturdays …. Morning …. It is not the best place to be. They may have the view and the fireplace even seats. But no one is allowed to sit or stay on the weekends and enjoy themself. Then why have a coffee place at all.
Are we all too fast paced too much of of hurry that there is no time to stop smell the roses and watch the world pass on by . Just for a moment. Allow people to sit and relax a while you will be surprised at how it can change one’s attitude.

Too long of service - extremely dirty and way too long of line. Would definitely not go back.
