I’ve been visiting this Tim Hortons daily for my mobile order, and the service has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff are always kind and attentive, and I’d especially like to recognize Kulvir and Manpreet for their outstanding service.
They remember regular customers, greet everyone with a smile, and handle the rush with such professionalism and positivity. It’s the kind of customer service that truly stands out and keeps me coming back every day. Great job to the whole team—your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!

Most slowest Tim Hortons you will come across. Workers move slower than a turtle they are burnt out. The girls try to do the best they can but they deal with a lot of customers. Two cash registers but only one girl working. One girl making food for 1000 orders. Three girls who are training and can’t operate the system. Owner needs to smarten up!!! This is a business start caring and help your girls out! Owner should sell this location if they can’t keep up! Waiting in line for a coffee for more than 10 min is beyond ridiculous. I hope Tim Hortons sees this and does something

I understand there are a lot of homeless in this area but you should not restrict full paying customers from your seating area on Sundays. That made me go find a better cup of coffee and tastier treats somewhere else. BAD BUSINESS and attitude of the staff.

Every morning I change buses near your cafe. But as much as I would like to have a coffee, I can't do it because there are many homeless people inside the cafe and outside it as well. It's impossible and a pity.

Great Place To Access Commerce Place As Well As The Bus Stop For The ETS Buses Including Outside The LRT Area of Central LRT Station in The Downtown Area. Especially During the Weekdays!
