This Tim’s is terrible floors need sweeping seats are wore out , tables are dirty. Ceiling is all water stained ! Not enough staff and food overpriced!Hopefully the people waiting in long lineups will wake up and realize that it’s not worth waiting for!!!
I work at the Edmonton International Airport and on a daily basis, I see issues at this location.Firstly, the service provided is not customer driven. The workers do not work as a team, they seem very "scattered" during a peak rush. The workers tend to speak in punjabi and other languages while taking orders from customers, as well they do not use manners or show respect when assisting people with their orders.Secondly, the food is not up to par. Due to the customer service being less than acceptable, the listening skills of these workers is as bad as the food. When I clearly tell you what I would like to order, repeat it twice to ensure for my own sake that you are correctly placing it in your system and than I get an incorrect sandwhich, or breakfast wrap, it really just shows how much attention you are paying to me, the customer.Thirdly, I have mentioned this to my work friends at EIA, as well as the manager and workers at Tim Hortons. If you are to leave pastries and other baked from frozen foods in your little cubby, you need to ensure this area is sealed from insects. On multiple occasions I have seen flies crawling over the maple donuts, honey crullers, cookies as well as timbits. I have expressed my concern that a health inspector would not be pleased with this. They briefly tried to improve the situation by draping plastic wrap from the top, hanging down to the bottom, to which is such a failed attempt at preventing the flies from going into the cubby, I'm curious if the manager was the one to make that choice.Do not eat at this location, you will regret it.

How is it that in Canada with all our 1st world problems you go to Tim Hortons at the Edmonton airport and all they have is bagels available for breakfast. The signage offers wraps etc. But cashier says its the wrong promo and not availlable. Really? Why is it on the sign then? How do you run a business like that, poor management I guess!
Place is filthy. All tables have garbage on them and need to be cleaned. Nobody here. Staff talking to each other. No effort to clean tables. I had a breakfast sandwich with a biscuit and the biscuit was hard. Not up to usual Tim’s standard
HMS Host is notorious for slow service but this location could win an award. The convenience of being located near all the gates is completely wiped out by staff shortages and performance.
This is not the first that it has happened. Their hours of operation is 5-7PM but like today most of the days they close at 6.30 pm and turn people away. This place does not even have big machines to clean that they need to close early to clean them. If you can't keep up with the hours of operation as you have on your website then why fake advertisement. Very disappointed in this place.
This has to be the slowest Tim Hortons in existence. Typically only 2 people working., so each person has to serve customers & prepare food orders. I waited for 15 minutes and only 5 people were served. This is not the first time I've experienced this. Be prepared to wait 30 mins. if you plan on grabbing a coffee for your flight.
It's always a good stop for a quick coffee...keeps one awake when driving those winter roads..lol
We were here to grab a quick dinner while waiting for our soon to be cancelled flight and there was a pretty long queue there. There was only one person working at that time and I was worried that my order will take forever to fulfil. However, that one staff was extremely efficient, proficient and familiar with his work. He got our orders right away and when we requested for our croissants to be reheated, he got them done right away and moved on to the next customer, whom he knew by name apparently which shows the level of service and familiarity with the customers.Overall I am very impressed with this one man operation Tim Hortons, the service and efficiency is worth 5 stars, but the food taste and quality is worth 3, which works out to 4 stars on simple average. Food is not fantastic as most of you already know but for the price, it is hard to resist, unless you really need much better food, have time and money for it.P.S. app discounts or promotions do not work here.

Good speed for Toronto Airport lol....always a line up but you'll still get your connecting flight!??
My experience just now from start to finish: I just came back from LA and was very lucky that when I exited customs there was no line! So I walked up, asked the lady how she was doing to which she did not reply (guess she didn't hear or understand) and ordered a ham and cheddar sandwich meal and coke. The meal is supposed to come with a drink (coffee or water, so I should have had two drinks) but she never gave it to me, and she scolded me for not telling her what doughnut I wanted at the till even though I did tell her I wanted a honey dipped. Then to make matters worse, she didn't gently set the doughnut down but kinda unnecessarily tossed it onto the counter and didn't acknowledge me when I thanked her for it. No receipt either. I don't usually complain but I walked away from that feeling bad because it was my first interaction since reentering canada, and the way that woman treated me caused me to regret not just purchasing a cheap hot dog at the circle k beside this Tim Hortons. I don't think anything can be done about this but I didn't deserve to be treated that way. I may be timid but I was respectful and nice.
Quality as always. Just keep 2 staff bcs the line gets large if not.
Great selection and great service
They dont accept Tim Hortons gift cards? Seriously?
