Sandra, who must have been the supervisor was not very friendly to the staff. I felt awful for them. They were busy and were doing the best they could. Sh acted like they were doing nothing. Constantly yelling at them. Jt made jt very uncomfortable tk stand jn line. The girl who took my order, Rhyzel was super friendly as was the lady at the sandwich counter. I come here often and the staff are always friendly. Sandra though Always seems to have a problem. It’s no wonder the staff seem to not respect her. With how they are treated I wouldnt respect her either.

I visited around 2 PM and noticed the staff seemed quite slow and inattentive. The overall interaction felt dismissive, which left me feeling a bit uncomfortable. I’m not sure if it was an off day or something else, but the service didn’t feel fair or welcoming.

I like comeing here as the staff is very friendly. They all work very hard to server the public at this location. This store has some difficult.customers but they seem to always serve them with the most respect.

Northgate Tim Hortons very understaffed. One lady serving us the food and drinks. Stood in line for 25 minutes. Felt sorry for staff. One of the worst managed stores

Your workers are TERRIBLE!!!!!!! SLAMMING Things and giving me the wrong food but not only that they can yell and treat me like an animal because I couldn't read someone's mind today

I told them I had epilepsy and was having a seizure due to this and the manager told me not to come back because her workers and customers were swearing at me for their terrible behavior???

Will tell everyone how your store treats disabled people and warn them to stay away from this outrageous behavior

If I could you guys would be getting -10 for stars

I visited this location for the first time last Thursday, and it was a terrible experience. In the morning, when I ordered tea, a cookie, and water, Rachel gave me bottled water instead of a cup. When I politely asked for a cup, she blamed me for not specifying. Later, I returned to order a "Spicy Rosé Chicken Flatbread Pizza." She said it wasn’t available, and when I asked if other locations had it, she claimed I had ordered "Spicy Rose Beef," which doesn’t exist.

Despite my correction, she argued with me, blamed a misunderstanding on my phone call, and refused to listen further, asking another team member to take my order. I asked for her name, and when her manager or supervisor arrived, she took Rachel’s side, accusing me of calling her an “idiot,” which I never said. I showed the correct item on the app, but instead of acknowledging their mistake, they kept blaming me. This was a frustrating example of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I highly 'NOT RECOMMEND' this place at all 👎👎 Instead, go to another better location where customers are welcomed and valued.

The food is not fresh. I ordered a hash brown and it tasted like it was in a freezer for 5 months and was cooked. Also my farmers wrap tasted eugh. I could’ve made better food at home. Also they put too much whipped cream and not enough syrup on my pumpkin spice iced cap.

I was at this location September 26 , 2024 , at 9:50 am if this is the one in Northgate mall.I order French vanilla with a little coffee. But he did the other way, It's OK we all make mistakes .
all asked him to dump little bits and add more French vanilla. I don't understand why he was rude and disrespectful. He wasn't listening to what I was saying all he was arguing with me making it hard and complicated. I don't know his name but he is a young guy he has two ear piercing. BUT thanks to the lady whith a short hair she listening to what i asked and made it right. She made my day that is the reason I give it 2 stars.

I ordered in drive through and I asked to have a classic breakfast which is 3$ on the picture it says you choose any kind of drinks hot or cold, when I paid the crew said it’s 8$ because the classic breakfast is with hot drinks only and he said it like I’m one kilometer away form him this guy eas so rude.i was so upset
