I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons in South Common yesterday around 1:30 PM. I ordered two garlic pastries, a jalapeno bagel, and a watermelon frozen drink.
The girl who took my order spoke in a very rude and disrespectful manner. When I politely asked her to be more courteous, she interrupted me and asked for my order again in a harsh tone. At the pickup window, another staff member, who seemed visibly irritated, slam the payment machine toward me without a word. When I asked if everything was okay, she bluntly responded, “I just started, I don’t know.”
To make matters worse, my pastries were cold and clearly not heated properly. When I brought this to her attention, another employee insisted they had been heated, which was clearly not the case. customer service was poor

I’m updating my review after two months due to a disappointing experience during my recent visit. Previously, I had given a 5-star rating and was offered a future discount on French Vanilla by the manager, who asked me to simply show my review at checkout.
However, when I presented my review today, both Jagdeep and Jane refused to honour the discount and were unable to provide a clear explanation. Unfortunately, their response came across as dismissive and argumentative. To make things worse, the hot beverages we ordered were cold and tasted noticeably off.
After this experience, I now understand why this Tim Hortons location has received so many negative reviews. It’s disheartening to see such poor service and attitude from the staff. I’m downgrading my rating and will not be returning. I cannot recommend this location to anyone. Tim Hortons – 2133 99 St NW, Edmonton – very disappointing visit.
Quick and friendly service, staff are very helpful. Many different food choices, my favourite being the flatbread pizza(chicken parmesan😋). Lastly clean tables and chairs for every time I have been there.

Went to this tims at 10:30AM on a Sunday. Tried to order scrambled eggs box, told me they don’t have any eggs at 10:30, but I was able to order a sausage wrap? Instead I ordered a plain cream cheese bagel. And I got basically just a bagel. There was next to no cream cheese on the bagel. Mind boggling
