My wife and I went there last night right at 1030pm know one would come to the order board or to the window after a little bit someone came to the window asked him if I could get 2 drinks he's told me that he has no drinks and there closed I ask him but you close at 11 he closed the window and walked away. First time for me going there and the last. What happened to good customer service. Why is it that people that depend on people going to your store that keep you employed. Very sad.

I am visiting this location 2x in week mostly on Wednesday and Friday due to afternoon shift. I am happy to stay there, all girls are friendly, kindly and sociable. They have made a delicious and tasty food. It is a great pleasure to eat as awesome food especially bagels stuffed with cheese. Thanks for a professional and high-quality personel. I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons in South Common yesterday around 1:30 PM. I ordered two garlic pastries, a jalapeno bagel, and a watermelon frozen drink.
The girl who took my order spoke in a very rude and disrespectful manner. When I politely asked her to be more courteous, she interrupted me and asked for my order again in a harsh tone. At the pickup window, another staff member, who seemed visibly irritated, slam the payment machine toward me without a word. When I asked if everything was okay, she bluntly responded, “I just started, I don’t know.”
To make matters worse, my pastries were cold and clearly not heated properly. When I brought this to her attention, another employee insisted they had been heated, which was clearly not the case. customer service was poor
