Leah, Cheryl and Jodian to name a few make having a coffee break or a meal at this Tim Horton’s in South Edmonton Common a pleasure. They are always welcoming and most efficient.
The doughnuts are always so fresh and I love the ice coffee. The soups and
loaded wraps are always a favourite.

Hands down great service. Stop for my morning coffee every day on the way to work. Line can be 8 cars deep and you’re in line for 3mins. They’re quick and friendly. Coffees the way I like it and the apple fritters fresh

So i go to this specific tim hortans like 4 times a week. Always have gotten good customer service. Usually i go inside. Today I went through drive thru, and order egg and cheese farmer's wrap. I ended up dropping it while she was passing me the wrap. The lady with glasses was super nice, and chill she told me just park at the front, and will get you another one. Within 5 minutes, another lady came out and gave me the farmer's wrap. I had an amazing experience. Thank you.

Customer service representative named "Jody" is incredibly rude and lacks basic manners. Should not be working in customer service if she is incapable of being a pleasant person. With that kind of attitude I'm amazed she was even hired.

I'm try to order a meal for the poor kid who told me he is hungary
3 peoples are busy to served the drive through and 1person doing some other things ( not urgent) by the table, I told her I need a order but no body response, I waited over 3 to 4 min. still nobody come. the boy told me went to other side ( Wendy ) to order so he can get the food and catch the bus to school. Please be respectfully to all the customers. It does happened few times before.

Very rude worker , taking my order and when I requested something she just said yeah yeah just move to the side .

Like I understand they’re busy but there’s 10 of them working or even more idk .

And no thank you when handing my drink . Just ran off .

It’s not that busy for you to talk to someone normally , and it’s not like you’re working alone doing drinks food and takeout .
Idk what she’s doing but she’s acting like she’s doing everything and nobody helping her .

I don't think the manager knows what a good customer service is supposed to be like. Better education at this might be beneficial.
