I ordered at 6:20am and they proceed to serve 8 drive thru orders and when I finally got my order it was missing cheese and it took till 6:45 to get my stuff the absolute worst service ever I'm done with this tim hortons forever they always do drive thru first and it's rude and ignorant to paying customers inside. The owner should be ashamed of the way this tim hortons is run absolute terrible.

I drink a lot of coffee, too much coffee. When I’m out, I need one. I always go to Tim Hortons and get a dark roast with one cream.
I really don’t know what I was just served at this location it was not a dark roast. Perhaps they ran out and just made a batch of regular but double strong.? That was the most bitter coffee I’ve had in I don’t know how long it was terrible just terrible. I don’t know what else to say but yeah……

I need an explanation on how roll up the rim works because I thought I could get a free iced coffee if won and redeemed but apparently I am only allowed hot coffee for the win??

5 minutes ago I Waited 10 minutes to get a basic order of two sausage egg on a biscuit meals. Once they give it to me they tell me it will be 9 minutes for hash browns since they gave all the rest to the drive through. Absolutely terrible management. Not waiting 20 minutes at a Tim Hortons so I got a refund and no hashbrown :(

I don't complain but this time I ordered take 12 coffee. I ask 24 cream but they give me only 16 cream. And they didn't give stir sticks at all but finally thanks

The worst and slowest tim horton in whole edmonton. I ordered spice latte and got after so long. They told me to park at the back and so slow. On the top they put too much pumpkin spice syrup which was too much spice for me. The bad taste and slow service made me put this comment. Don’t go there and save money.

They have a very fast drive thru service and even the front service is also very good.staff is very helpful there,I was unable to set up my scan and pay in the app they helped me to set up.Their service is awesome.

Hi Tim Hortons you guys are amazing your customer service you guys take care of your customers very well and making sure that the orders are spot on the atmosphere is very spot on and the service is very good but sometimes you do get the orders wrong but that's okay but I think you guys can work on that I have been to Tim Hortons many times and we do get frustrated but you guys are very good really appreciate your work and dedication to the customers and I'm making sure the orders are correct I really appreciate the positive outcome that you guys have created and I do wish I can work with you guys but yeah I have been having trouble with getting a job with you guys but that is okay really appreciate the positive outcome that you guys have put out onto the customers
