Went thru the drive through and asked for a moment 5 times while i get the orders of everyone in the car. The person who took my order constantly every second asked if i was ready and when i would ask for a moment he would start rambling off items on the menu and trying to rush me out of the drive thru. When i actually was ordering i had to repeat everything i said multiple times. Then after everything i said he told me my total and to pull up to the window. Since my order wasnt taken properly and i was annoyed with having to repeat everything i said multiple times and being rushed i ended up taking whatever he said since it was easier then asking again for my item. I get a drive thru is suppose to be quick but should be rushed out of it and not even get the customer what they are asking for or ask for clarification if you are unsure. Not everyone that goes through is wanting a coffee and nothing else

I recently visited this Tim Hortons, and I have to say it was an excellent experience. The coffee was fresh, the food came out quickly, and everything tasted great. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were welcoming, patient, and very polite even though it was a busy time. It made the whole visit feel positive and comfortable. This location definitely goes above and beyond, and I’ll be coming back here regularly.

No sugar in my coffee.. AGAIN!! Same shit different day with these guys.. Check your food bags and taste your coffee before you drive off.. How incompetent do you have to be to ruin a single cup of coffee.. Today was the last straw for me.. Next time a simple order is ruined I’ll be throwing my coffee at there window.

I’ve been to this Tim Hortons multiple times recently, and every visit has been frustrating. I always end up waiting over 10 minutes just for a loaded box — and it’s always the scrambled eggs that hold everything up. This has happened the last three times in a row, nearly making me late for work each time. On top of that, there’s always a delay even before you get to pay when you order inside. It feels like they’re not prepared or staffed properly. Disappointing experience overall.
