there was this small Filipino lady that was in the cashier I don't know if she's training, but her attitude was awfully rude. The wait time for a chicken habanero bowl was too long despite the fact that I ordered when it was not busy.

Got a chai latte today and the guy who was at drive thru gave me latte with expired milk and didn’t even checked it. I took it to the office and started drinking it, and realized it’s just turned into curdled.

I usually have good experiences at Tim Hortons Southgate and most of the staff are very nice. However, there is one staff member on the food side who is consistently unprofessional. My orders have been skipped or made incorrectly several times, and even when I try to get her attention, she doesn’t respond. Waiting 15–20 minutes for a simple order defeats the purpose of coming here.

I hope management addresses this issue because regular customers deserve respectful and efficient service.

We ordered 3 coffees just today. The 2 regular ones are hot, but the large one is as cold as the service that they gave us. I'm never gonna buy in this location again!! 👎🏼👎🏼☹️

I told the cashier I was allergic to tomatoes for my sandwich so please don’t have them on and I asked the woman when she handed me the sandwich. Did you change your gloves as I’m allergic? I was told no and starts laughing so if you have any food, allergies, don’t come to any Tim Hortons.

I asked for an Egg and cheese English muffin, I watched the lady put bacon on it, and scrape it off and give it to me. When I asked her to make a new one she said the bacon didn’t touch it. I don’t eat pork for religious reasons so I had to throw away the whole sandwich. But not very safe food standards. I work in the mall as well so I usually get this as my breakfast, but to see such low standards is very upsetting. I’ve never seen any other tims do that or if I’ve asked them to remake it, they usually do. The employees are very rude, and don’t really seem like they want to work, just there to chat with each other.

The staff at the Southgate Mall location are always friendly, fast, and professional. My order is consistently accurate, even during busy times. The team really goes above and beyond to make every customer feel welcome. The place is clean, the coffee is fresh, and the atmosphere is great for a quick break or casual chat.
