Service is always horrible here. Been to this location a few times and the staff is always in a bad mood or rushing you to order. If you ask for modifications on a sandwich they mess it up and throw it together messily. Atmosphere is nice but service makes me stay away
Mostly a good time hortons location, but I've noticed on multiple occasions that they would add sugar or sweetener to my otherwise black coffee, while still labelling it as a black coffee. This could be a simple mistake, which I dont mind. But its happened on three occasions, and im intolerant to sugar and do my best to avoid consuming it, meaning I essentially have to dispose of the coffee each time this happens.
I stopped by this Tim Hortons today and had a really nice experience. The staff named jowela is friendly, my order was ready quickly, and everything was just how I like it. I’ll definitely be coming back!
