Came here the other day looking to get the new croissant breakfast sandwich because they've been advertising it so much lately. We were there between about 8:20-8:30 & the croissants weren't ready. So I had to choose a breakfast wrap instead. Rather dissapointed because I feel by 8:30 things should easily be made and ready for customers for the breakfast menu. You guys open at 5:30 AM. The wrap was good, filling, resteraunt was clean & tidy. I'd come back here.

This spot was easily overlooked; not readily easy to find and a good distance to walk through the mal to locate.

Parking: Core of downtown, challenging for parking. Two entrances - two sections of mall across from each other of a street not easily accessible. The pedway is a long walk at the top level.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yeah, but steps are easy to miss leading to falls CAUTION to SENIORS and those with LOW VISION and CANES

Service at this location has become absolutely terrible. Workers are very slow and often will mix up your order and act as if that's ok. Drive thru is frequently backed up and slow going. I don't understand what is so hard about brewing a coffee but it is very clear why the people that work here make minimum wage. In my opinion, they don't even deserve the wage they make.
