Waited 15 minutes for a PLAIN CROISSANT. 3 people looked at my receipt and did nothing. Nobody told me they were out of it and had to retrieve it somewhere else. Customized service is slow af and unprofessional

one of the staff was serving food and she served me steep tea without changing gloves. when i got tea, cup & lid was covered with probably sauce. I asked her for a new cup she was rude “no other cup “ I even have to show her why i need a new one. no food hygeine.

Planet Gone Crazy

1 Star, just because (all Tim's) restaurants bread products are much too dry and hard, subs & EggMuffins sandwiches chew & taste like 2-3 weeks old always. We people want soft easy chew (extremely healthy fresh breads). Tim's bread products are just as disgusting as McDonald's Egg McMuffins and some of their hamburger buns.

Nice staff, however the food service leaves much to be desired. I myself am a person with quite a few dietary restrictions, and when requesting changes/subtitutions/removals of items in my order, they hardly pay attention. Multiple times have i ordered the bowls specifically and did not get what i asked for, one instance getting none of the changes i requested AND the rice was completely uncooked. The drinks are like any other tim hortons, nothing special but nothing bad either. I wish the staff would pay more attention to order details and specifications, ESPECIALLY during rush times. Thankfully, i am not someone with as severe of a reaction to my food allergies as others, but this inattentiveness could seriously cause harm to any other customer who is. Overall, not bad but in my opinion definitely not good.
