I'm normally a regular customer here, after today though no longer, service was terrible, asked 3 times for a straw only to be ignored, this isn't the first time it's happened either, since this isn't the first time it's happened to me, it must have happened to others, and honestly this isn't my only complaint, sometimes I order a drink and they get it completely wrong, one time instead of an orange tangerine frozen quencher, I got an orange lemonade, staff either greet you with enthusiasm or they act like they'd rather be anywhere else while taking your order, and before you respond tim Hortons, I've already complained using the app, won't be coming back here, would rather walk somewhere else in -50° or +50° weather than ever come back here again.

I asked for my breakfast sandwich double toasted, it was not soggy. I ask for mayo, I get told no, as they charge for mayo now.. I've never been charged for mayo at a time Hortons in my life. ALWAYS an overwhelming amount of homeless people surrounding this place which they all bug you for money and stuff on the way in and out.

One of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to.

Zero customer concern at all. I raised an issue they should have helped with and I was told they do not care!!! This was a supervisor I interacted with. Ill never waist time going here again. When I told the supervisor this she didn't care at all that i was going to another business to get my coffee at Starbucks instead. Especially with Starbucks right there too. Tim's, unless as always!!!

Always a clean environment!! The staff is always very friendly and efficient and always offers compensations when the order is incomplete/unavailable..always fresh with the drinks and food provided.

Waited 15 minutes for a PLAIN CROISSANT. 3 people looked at my receipt and did nothing. Nobody told me they were out of it and had to retrieve it somewhere else. Customized service is slow af and unprofessional

one of the staff was serving food and she served me steep tea without changing gloves. when i got tea, cup & lid was covered with probably sauce. I asked her for a new cup she was rude “no other cup “ I even have to show her why i need a new one. no food hygeine.

Planet Gone Crazy

1 Star, just because (all Tim's) restaurants bread products are much too dry and hard, subs & EggMuffins sandwiches chew & taste like 2-3 weeks old always. We people want soft easy chew (extremely healthy fresh breads). Tim's bread products are just as disgusting as McDonald's Egg McMuffins and some of their hamburger buns.
