Went here today, the supervisor Vengie was rude. Asked for crossant she said they don’t have it and later I found there was few left on the display. Of it wasn’t for service at least she could tell that.

Waited 20 minutes for two drinks. At fifteen minutes I asked what was going on and the guy asked someone else what was going on with my drinks then said 'we're still waiting on the cold brew from back of house' if they had let me know that they had run out while making my drinks I would have sat down with my mother. They didn't even apologize for the wait.

Worst customer service ever, customers feel like they’re given everything for free, and if any of your order go wrong, they won’t even talk to you. They’re the worst of the worst Tim Hortons I have seen in town. At least value and be nice to your customers because they are the tires of

Wait time is insane. I ordered thru the app thinking that the service would be faster, but no - I waited 25 minutes. Full 25 minutes for a donut and a latte. The store is apparently understaffed.

This Tim Hortons is always so busy that it takes a long time to place and receive my order. I think having an additional Tims location in the CAT building would help reduce the wait times. The food quality can also be inconsistent—when I order wedges, some come out soggy while others are overly crunchy or even undercooked.

Gave the wrong order, I asked for no hash brown on a breakfast wrap, and a bacon breakfast sandwich on an english muffin and a caramel iced cap. Instead I was given a regular iced cap and two bacon breakfast wraps with hashbrowns on. I also did not get a straw.

I visited there at Nov 13, around 6:30 , had very disappointing service as the cashier (middle aged lady) was so rude towards us showing attitude. Didn’t even said thank you. No greetings at all.
