The entire crew Gilbert, Nancy, Jenifferand the entire crew just can't remember everyone's names but are some of the best people to interact with they work hard and after coming here for a long time I consider them friends so if you are around Oliver square try Tim Horton on 104ave 110th St.

I used to like this location. Staff are okay, but problem is now they are doing Skip the Dishes all the time. I liked to drop by this location on my break, as my office is just above them, but now they are so busy with Skip orders that it takes forever to order, and even longer to get it filled. My breaks are timed, and I cannot afford to be late, so I'm afraid I will have to stop patronizing this location.

My partner and I go to this location every weekday morning. We are usually served by one of two employees, the first is a happy, quirky individual who often has a funny or interesting mask on. His customer service is amazing! He has a great attitude and it's always a pleasure to see him. The second individual is the complete opposite. He goes put of his way to be rude. This morning, when we told him he was being difficult he muttered under his breath that we should just go to a different location. It's sad to know this level of customer service it just acceptable. It's not hard to be nice, it takes much more energy to go out of your way to be rude to your customers. I understand this location has a lot of issues with the pratonage but not everyone at the window is the enemy, they are the reason you work there. Anyway shout out to the first fellow who makes the morning interaction a pleasure!
