Wow. The team member on the drive through speaker taking orders this morning at around 845 am March 9, 2026 had some kind of attitude. Customer service coaching is needed.

Great experience this time at Tim Hortons!
The customer service this evening was very pleasant. Special mention to the customer server at the counter (sorry I couldn’t get her name) and Anastasia — both were kind, welcoming, and polite.
Unlike our previous visit, this time the place was much cleaner, the service was quicker, and the food was good. A request to offer the breakfast loaded boxes throughout the day. Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you!

I have repeatedly had problems with this location not only do I find the early morning staff rude and in a hurry but the don’t listen and follow instructions. Even ordering on the app they can’t seem to follow instructions. Today I had delivery instead of my usual drive thru. today my wrap was sloppily put together and missing the sausage so I got a very sad wrap with less then half the egg they usually put in and no sausage

I had an issue with Uber Eats and my order was given wrong however I spoke with the restaurant and Eliza was so nice and she made sure a new sandwich was given to me with no bacon I really appreciate her resolving the situation when Uber Eats refused to thank you so much Eliza you are awesome at resolving service issues

When ordering through the drive-through, the lady was rude And was trying to rush through my order. To go back and make me repeat what I had already said. When I received my food, the bagels were not toasted two times like I had asked and we’re not cut and one of the coffees I ordered was wrong. Can’t wait for the deport button to come in and get some people that speak English.

Drive through is always wrong with my order. Almost 3/5 times. I order “sour cream timbits” and get old fashioned. I always have to park and go inside. They still don’t understand what they did wrong…..I order black peppermint tea….. I get black tea….
Last week I filed a consumer complaint with AHS. My husband and I went in at 8:45 pm for tea and donuts. We were denied using the bathroom. The clerk stated “my manager said no bathroom after 8pm because of the homeless in this area”. My husband through she was joking…… she wasn’t. She was rude. Saucy. And told us to talk to her manager the next day……..
Hey franchise owner: do better! If your staff is afraid of the homeless remind them they should be grateful they have an income…….wow
Wondering why I filed a complaint? It’s a bylaw that if you serve food or drinks you have to supply a washrooms to your patrons…….
We never order. We left…….
*Update: Read the generic response left. They really care! This places just proves itself a huge joke! The law is the law. And I won’t stop until YOU stop breaking it and treat your customers better*

Not busy at 2:30 Wednesday afternoon . Got my order in good time . Clean and Quiet . Food was OK . watery chili and a steak craveable with all the meat just slapped in a pile , whereas I had to open and spread to the edges of Buns (?).

This shop is not big, just have 5 tables (16 seats) but not many customers, so it’s quite quiet and comfortable. Food and coffee is standard TH one and I like the display of merchandise items.

Service is too dead and the drinks are never consistent i saw a fly in the donuts fridge sometimes the tables are dirty i honestly like it’s location and they’re fast with the orders but there’s somethings that need fixing.

There is a significant pothole right outside the drive through window that really needs to be repaired before winter. It makes it very difficult to get close to the window.
