I always go here via drive thru for my coffee and they had the worst crew yesterday July 19 around 10:35pm, didn’t talk to the intercom for almost 10 minutes and when we went at the window, he wasn’t there. We had to knock on the window and waited for almost 5 minutes. He got my order wrong. made an iced capp instead of iced coffee. Told him to make a new one because I don’t drink iced capp and HE STARED AT US SHAKING HIS HEAD SAYING NO! Looking like a total freak tbh. Gave me iced coffee but still charged me for an iced capp price. Please!!! Train your people!
Stupid manager! She is very rude to her staff. I have ordered 4 times at this location, and every time she is very rude to her employees. How do they work here? ? Tim Hortons should not have managers like Joti because she is extremely unprofessional. This manager's bad behavior towards her employees has ruined my day.

Every time I come here and specifically say NOT. A BUSCUT. Becaus of an allergy they mess it up and I have to come back it's unbelievably annoying that they can't seem to listen to their customers especially when it comes to allergies. I work in a restaurant and if you cant get an allergy straight you shouldn't work in food it's people's lives and this is the 4th time
