Don’t even bother calling. They don’t pick up.
I’m a teacher and I come here all the time. The staff are always incredibly welcoming and friendly, which makes every visit such a great experience. The food is consistently delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and relaxing. It’s one of my favorite places to visit, and I highly recommend it!

Erica is her name, I came through the drive thru and ordered a sausage McMuffin with no butter and mayo on it with medium double double. I pay and leave and then park and realize there is egg on it and I drove back and asked to have what I ordered and was told it’s my job to say “simply sausage” as I said to her it’s not my job to know I have to say simply sausage it’s her job to ask. Those who assume……..
She hands me my McMuffin and wasn’t even going to reimburse me for over charging me until I asked and she was so rude and moving around angrily and didn’t say goodbye or have a nice day she just closed the window in my face. The service industry is not in good shape with workers like this.

My experience was really bad. It happened on April 17th, 2025 (today) around 9:30 PM. There was one staff member who was very rude. He was standing near a table about three arms’ length away from the POS system and asked for my order from there.
I am also an employee at a Tim Hortons in Edmonton, so I understand the importance of following SET rules. I also kindly ask you to take note of the portion size of the coffee I received—it was not up to standard.
I would like the manager to please look into this matter and take appropriate action.

I placed an order thru Uber Eats and did not get what I ordered. They didn't call and ask if they could substitute. The phone went to voicemail when I called to complain. We now have 5 doughnuts that no one in our house will eat.
I really like how they make my order especially the sandwiches and the employees are very friendly :) love coming back at this location everyday!
I don’t know the exact training process but just saying hello to me over and over again is not good customer service. I would recommend trying to form complete sentences and ask if you can take my order, maybe even be focused on the task at hand. If you are looking for below average customer service this is the place I would tell you to go.
they do not check to make sure they're giving you the right stuff, even though they always give me the wrong food. also they gave me a broken tray for my drinks and it all fell.
