I ordered a Four Cheese Bagel with Egg, but they gave me my order without the egg. When I brought it up, the staff was very rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience. Tim Hortons should focus on both accuracy and customer service.

The service at this Tim Hortons is horrendous. When you order ahead on the app they make it when you check in. And when you order in person they mess your order up majority of the time.

World's slowest Tim's!

Update April 13/2024 I tried the link as suggested. It took me to my app home. I spent about 20 min there, and I actually went to the website. There is NOT any place that is clear and apparent to make a complaint or explain about my review here on Google. All this has done is push further away from using them on campus and encouraged me to use Starbucks. It has also made me question if I'll use Tim's off campus since it seems Google is the only place to complaint about and the franchise clearly does not know how their own complaint process works or the scope of this business model. Update: Oct. 16, 2024. After head mentioned it was high concerned about the review I posted I decided to try again. It even worse now! No sweetner, no dark roast. No return attempts from me either!

They advertise a regular menu but don’t offer all the items they advertise. No lattes or espresso beverages hot or cold. They don’t tell anyone until you wait in the long line up then break the news there.
Limited donuts, they seem to make the same ones everyday, no changes or new ones at all. Very disappointing location.

I don’t know who is running this place but it’s brutal.

Please get your mobile pick up straightened out. Why are people having to wait in line and they making orders when we arrive; what’s the point of per-ordering??

Just want as many people as possible to be aware: they don't serve lattes, or anything with steamed milk! Was very disappointed to have waited in their infamously long line just to be told they can't make a latte, cappuccino, London fog, etc. There's no signage so I figured I'd put it up here in hopes of saving someone the disappointment.

Made an order, got my drink, waited 10 minutes for my food, asked them about it, they forgot, big surprise there, and it still takes them over 5 minutes to get back to me, and that’s with a minimal line!

This review is for the Tim Hortons located in the CAT building on NAIT campus.
I work in the CAT building, and this Tim's is always busy. They always have a line, no matter what time of day, and I understand that can be stressful and exhausting.
However, I don't think this location has the right approach to the Mobile Orders- at. all. I've placed only about 2 or 3, but today was the worst experience. They have a separate line to pick up mobile orders, which makes sense. But, I watched them greet each person that would advance to the front of the line and THEN start getting their order ready. There's no point of placing a mobile order if they're only going to start making it when I get there!!!! The idea is that if I take the time to place my order on the app, it should be READY when I arrive. (Especially because in the app you can choose your pick up time, so customers can plan for when they will arrive to the restaurant). Today I was picking up donuts and muffins for the office, which is as simple as placing the baked goods in the boxes. I only had limited time to pick it up (which is why I used the mobile order system) and ended up STILL waiting my whole break time only to have to tell the worker that I wanted to cancel my order because I had no more time to wait. When they offered a refund, I didn't have my card with me, so I ended up telling them I'd be back to get my order. Sure enough, when I go back, the same thing is happening where customer's orders are only being made once they check in with the staff member, and my order is not ready when I got there so I waited a few minutes for it.
As nice as the staff at this location are, the system they are using for the mobile orders is faulty at best.
I do NOT recommend this location, for regular or mobile orders, unless you are willing to wait 20-30 minutes for anything you order.
