The dirty Tim Hortons in Canada, plus the staff doesn't even respect old people and when you give them your order, half of it is forgotten. When you ask to speak to a supervisor, they are completely mad about your complaint.

Used the drive through. Person at window had no social skills and did not acknowledge me in any manner except to push the payment machine my way. They did not respond to my question and quickly turned their back on me when I had order in hand. Once I was home I found the mocha that was orders only 3/4 full and the other part of the order the coffee was not very hot. Tried to call the location and no one picked up the phone.

I was in a bit of a hurry, and after almost 10 minutes of waiting, they sent someone out and asked me to give them my order again. We had to leave without the food we paid for.

It's the first time I threw a food item bought from Tim Hortons. Horrible experience from this location! All the time wraps from here were overcooked or the veggies weren’t fresh! Improvements needed in food prep and customer service!

Service was excellent. However, the Lime Cilantro Chicken Loaded bowl was barely acceptable. It was mostly rice, with very few tomatoes, cucumbers or lettuce. There was plenty of chicken but it was macerated and very unappetizing.

The sandwich handed to me by the staff was so hot I almost dropped it. I had to ask for napkins the staff member threw a few at me. This was the drive-thru. Rude staff and revolting food.

I come here twice a week. The service is awful every single time i come. Extremely slow and when you're ordering food they don't give you napkins. Lazy service. I know a lot of people who need a job right now and could do it better. Multiple times i arrive there's no customers in line and yet the tables and floor are dirty. I have to ask them to clean a table off. When they do come out and clean they drag the chairs across the floor and couldn't be louder. This isn't what I'm looking for or expecting when i visit. Let's do better.
