Used the drive through. Person at window had no social skills and did not acknowledge me in any manner except to push the payment machine my way. They did not respond to my question and quickly turned their back on me when I had order in hand. Once I was home I found the mocha that was orders only 3/4 full and the other part of the order the coffee was not very hot.
Tried to call the location and no one picked up the phone.

The staff in the evening is so friendly! Today, I went for an iced coffee and a few baked goods and team members helped me right away. They really care about their customers at this location. It was pretty busy tonight but they still manage to make my order right and in a timely manner. I’ll definitely come back to this location. Kudos to all the staff working at this location! Keep up the great work!

We were the only people in line, and it took them 10 minutes to give us our food. My bagel is clearly several days old, it was so stale I couldn’t even eat it. The service was awful as well, we got one-word answers and the workers clearly didn’t want to be there.
