We were the only people in line, and it took them 10 minutes to give us our food. My bagel is clearly several days old, it was so stale I couldn’t even eat it. The service was awful as well, we got one-word answers and the workers clearly didn’t want to be there.

I ordered from Uber eats , i paid for habenaro dip but didn’t get that. I ordered small drink but didn’t get the straw.

Drove through the order window. I am not sure why when I find a new item to order they don't have it available. There are always other items to enjoy. Sometimes the coffee is too hot to drink. Makes me wonder how long it has been cooking for.

If I can rate 0 star then I would. The service really bad, nobody taking orders or making my drink. The staff who I ordered she really bad attitude. I order ice cap , she said no idea. 4 staffs wandering around and not making my order. NEVER COMEBACK.

Placed an mobile order for pizza around 7:40 pm and paid in app. When I got there they told me they were cleaning the oven and can not give me my order which I already paid for online. Then I asked for refund instead of refund the girl on drive-thru charged me the amount again and when I asked for receipt she said I m sorry I charged you again by mistake and then she had to do the refund twice. That too I was initially charged $13.65 on the app she refunded me $12.60. Staff needs more training and you guys should turn off the mobile order on app if you cannot fulfill them.

Riddled with homeless people and drug addicts who keep trashing the washrooms. Tried asking both times and workers told us they were cleaning then it was closed after 30 minutes.

Workers couldn't be bothered to accommodate or help out. Also went to the drive thru and nearly all items were out. Skip this place altogether and opt for a more competent place.

Went in to order a farmers wrap, there was one other person in line only. It took me 15 minutes to get a farmers wrap. Wasn't even busy and had the worst service. I had to ask them, they definitely forgot and then didn't apologize when they finally got my order.

Bathroom is an absolute Trainwreck. Flooded, blocked urinal, literal excrement everywhere. Garbage everywhere. Guy doing drugs in there before me. Hire a security guard or something. Also why is literally about 35c inside this place, bizarre.

Great service I went there in evening and wasn’t aware about the offer on Flatbread pizza but the guy who took my order updated me about that offer and even make the pizzas specially by himself as I requested lite sauce I got a perfect taste I’ll definitely love to come on this location again and recommend everyone to visit once for great experience
