I went to this Tim Hortons and ordered a medium steeped tea. The service was quick and very friendly. And the interior was also very clean and nice. Recommend going here for a quick bite.

I’ve had this happen in the past at this location where they mess up my order and I just let it slide. More than once and same with others I know who use this location. But today I was having the worst day, I just wanted a comforting drink. I asked why the drink looked different and they told me they don’t make it the way they use to, I asked if they could alter it because I wanted real tea which they still seek instead of a flavored sugar syrup replacement. And I even tried to explain how I wanted it made and they just shut the window in my face while I was talking and then handed me the drink I opened it and they purposely did it the way I didn’t want. (How do I know this because it looks like dirty water when I asked for steamed milk. I’ve honestly had so many encounter with the staff being rude, I will be switching back to Starbucks. Where yes I pay more but at least I’m treated like a person and they don’t mess up my 9/10 of my orders in a row. I’ve worked customer service for 8 years and I would’ve been fired if I treated customers like that.

My husband and I have repeatedly tried this Tim Horton's, we have ordered off the app (shows only what’s available) and get there and constantly told sorry we don’t have that…., like today. I was told my two breakfast items are available past 11am, my order was done at 11:30am, and it was available to be ordered. We have gone through the drive thru in the morning (7-7:30am), and they don’t have all the breakfast items available, tried late at night (9-11pm), and the have one or two food items.
They never have a full menu, the app is always wrong on what is available! The staff will always offer another option and if you agree, somehow they come back o you and said sorry just kidding, we can’t do that.
Just don’t waste your time.
Go to another Tim’s.

Stopped here on my way up to Smoky Lake. I haven’t been to a Tim Horton’s for a few years due to a general decline in their quality, cleanliness and service.

Today I ordered a small coffee, with the price being $1.77 after tax. The cashier was quick and I got my coffee within 15 seconds even though there were other patrons as well as a full drive thru. He was very nice. Since I haven’t had Tim’s coffee for a while I could taste the distinct difference in the coffee taste. Very delicious.

Overall nice, but could use a good cleaning throughout the dining area.

I encountered rude staff.
House flies were swatting on the Donuts. This is the second time I saw flies on the food.
I wanted to plug in my laptop to work, no plug points in the entire Tim Horton's at this location.

Nastiest washroom I’ve seen in a Tim Hortons, and that’s saying something. Hire more staff and TRAIN THEM to clean.
