It was worse experience at drive thru. The one who’s taking order don’t even take order respectfully. I literally hate this. Like ima ordering they don’t even listen my whole order i want to order 3 items but after 2 he was like drive up . What the hell, i’ll try never to go at this location in future.

I've always had a great experience at Tim Hortons! The coffee is consistently fresh, and the Timbits are a perfect treat. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. I really appreciate how clean and organized the place is, and the mobile app makes ordering ahead super convenient. Definitely my go-to spot for a quick breakfast or coffee break.

Got a baileys latte here and was surprised with these round white plastic feeling pieces in my drink once I started to reach the end of my beverage. I've never had this issue before seeing as this has happened prior to another customer 2 weeks ago without it being fixed is concerning.
On another note, I ordered a bagel too and was given a muffin instead. When I came inside to get my correct order the worker who handed me the muffin kept ignoring the other co-worker who was helping me out with getting my correct order. If you're going to mess something up at least try to help out when someone else is fixing your mistake, your co-workers don't deserve that.

This is usually my go to location for convenience sake but today was an unfortunate experience. Ordered a Nutella latte for the first time and noticed cream/milk fragments at the bottom of my drink. I didn't notice that the drink tasted off so finished it but saw this at the bottom ?
