Hi there, I tried calling the number for the store but no answer and the mailbox is full. I didnt want to leave a negative review like this when it can be fixed easily, but I ordered a sausage farmers wrap, a cinnamon raisin bagel, a London fog and a French vanilla this morning, and I got to work and found out the bag I thought carried both food items only seemed to have the bagel. Now I paid for the farmers wrap, but it was not included. I don't have time to run back to the Tim's and get that settled this morning now that I'm at work. The big stipulation is I wasn't given a receipt so that makes it hard to get my money back and justify what I had bought. I know this was a mistake by the morning crew and it happens. They are really friendly folk and don't want them to be in trouble all I want is a sausage farmer's wrap.

I visited this location today Friday, September 6, as I usually do every Friday for my weekly treat. I ordered the bagel sausage sandwich, with herb and garlic cream cheese. I was charged for the herb and garlic cream cheese and no herb and garlic cream cheese on my sandwich. Attention to detail Tim Hortons, especially when a customer is paying for a product!

So we ordered wedges and that’s what they gave us, when I asked them I payed full price and all I got is less than half of the container and their explanation was— “head office asked them to give just that much”. Atleast they should lower the price like why would I pay and get this.

Today @ 11:32am wanted to eat something as I was starving. Decided to order everything bagel with cream cheese +DD. Ordering was smooth and the girl at the cash was really nice n friendly. While I was waiting to pick up my order I observed that the lady who was preparing my order was wearing the same pair of gloves from which she prepared someone else's order that seemed to me like a sandwich with meat (Bacon + slice of chicken/ turkey). Since I am a vegetarian and I don't eat meat due to health reasons. I requested one of the guys (a staff probably an asian) to ask that lady who was preparing my order to change her gloves as she touched meat with the same pair of gloves and the guy looked at me as if I asked something absurd. As a matter of fact the truth is that in so many restaurants the Food handling Regulations are least followed. Its purely at the discretion of the person who is preparing the order or dealing with the food at that particular moment to follow the S.O.P or not to follow. Wish there was some kind of law to make these employee held responsible for their negligence. Sad that these are the times we are living in where people are least bothered about others wellbeing.

They close the drive-through and doors 15 to 20 minute before then the closing time We just got the half an hour break so please respect our time either change the time on the Internet or don’t pack up early

Very unprofessional staff.. i ordered toasted bagel from this store.. it was very cold.. when i went again inside the store employee name Harleen she was arguing with me and started tonting me how many times you want me to toast i really didn’t like the way she started talking like this is very unprofessional…. I agree it happens sometimes but she should consider giving a polite response rather than started taunting and arguing.

I went through the drive through and it was a pretty long wait to order, I ordered a Turkey BLT and when I got to work I looked at it and there was no turkey inside just a sad burnt double piece of bread with tomato lettuce mayo and bacon. I got scammed and payed $8 for a sandwich with hardly any meat. Don’t recommend and never ordering food from there again I am very disappointed
