I’m a regular here and I order the same order everyday, there was never any issues until the past two weeks or so, every single day my bagel comes untoasted, and sloppily slapped together with no ingredients. There are also often random ingredients that I did not order in the food because they clearly did not clean their station from the previous order and major cross contamination is occurring. Please see my photo for a prime example, this has happened every single day for the past 2 weeks at least. As you can see in my photo, the peanut butter is slapped on and unspread, there is a ridiculous amount of butter also unspread, and a random piece of bacon- I have a pork allergy and I could’ve gotten very sick if I didn’t inspect before I ate it.

I was amazed, the store is so neat and tidy unlike other Time I’ve been too. The food was great and was served fresh. The staff were pleasant and are great in providing exceptional customer service especially the staff named, Razel. This store is highly recommended.
