First, they gave me a sandwich with a bagel that was almost burnt. When I asked for a replacement, they handed me another sandwich with an extremely rude attitude. The second sandwich was even worse — it was half empty, and instead of a full egg, they had put only half an egg inside and the muffin was almost spoiled.

What makes this experience even more unacceptable is that the person who appeared to be the manager showed the same unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. When the management itself acts this way, it’s no surprise the rest of the staff follow the same pattern.

This is absolutely unacceptable for a major brand like Tim Hortons. I truly hope upper management pays attention to what’s happening at this location, because customers deserve far better than this.

I would have given zero star to this location. Ordered a medium coffee with only quarter french vanilla. There was a trainee and a lady with spectacles. I asked the trainee that it was more french vanilla as i could see the french vanilla while she was pouring coffee in it. Trainee was good but the other lady kept on saying that it is more coffee rudely. I asked her at least five times and she kept on saying the same thing. I saw her getting the other customer's order wrong too, just before me while I was waiting in queue and guessed what, my order was also wrongly prepared. Should have tasted there only.

Lately, I’ve been getting coffee here quite often, sometimes with a sweet treat on the side. Not once have I had a situation where something wasn’t tasty or was made poorly. Everything is always excellent. I want to express my huge gratitude to the team — keep up the great work!

I like how cheerful the team is here. Always sounding happy to serve you, unlike other locations that sound so robotic at the drive thru. They are also fast, which is a good thing esp when you're in a rush.

Once the girl handed me the ice cap in the drive through, I could tell it was to light. The ice cap should be brown not off white. When I tasted it, it tasted like milk. I went back to ask for them to made it again and when they did, it was even lighter than before. I asked them if they can put more of the mocha chocolate in it. They told me that I would need to pay for extra, but they didn’t even put enough. The second I tasted it. It was straight milk way worse than before. I’ve been drinking ice caps for years. I know what they’re supposed to taste like. Then I asked for a refund she told me I had to go back through the drive-through. I don’t believe this is true but she purposely want to make me wait in the line. That’s why I’m giving one star.

I placed a mobile order and wanted to pick up by driver thru to save my time. It was more than 5 minutes before I approached to the window to pick it up after placing the order in the app but it was not even ready. They had to make me wait at the pick up window longer than other tim Hortons when even I don't do a mobile order. The whole point of placing a mobile order to speed up the process for the cashier as well as the customer. They were more busy at serving the in store customers than drive thru. Very disappointed at this location.
