We are a group of travelers who stopped at this location to have breakfast before heading to Saskatchewan. Naturally, we were talking to each other in the lobby, which can sometimes create a bit of noise. However, the staff member taking orders at the drive-thru addressed us in a very rude manner, saying she could not hear the customer ordering.
We understand that taking accurate orders is important, but the way this was handled was unprofessional. She could have politely asked us to lower our voices instead of speaking rudely and in a manner that came across as overly proud rather than apologetic.
In addition, we would like to note that staff should also maintain proper appearance and wear their uniforms appropriately, as this reflects on the professionalism of the restaurant.
We hope this feedback helps improve both customer service and the overall experience at this location.

I biked all the way there in the rain and I was NOT disappointed. Staff are always smiling, food always tastes fresh and that first sip feeling from their summer drinks make my taste buds want to jump off a helicopter just so that they can deploy that parachute onto a well made chocolate donut😊😊. 10/10 experience would def recommend to a friend.

I recently visited the TIM HORTONS drive-thru at midnight, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. I ordered two Ice Caps, which should have cost around $7, but I was “accidentally” charged $80 instead. The staff should be more attentive to orders and charges, especially during late-night hours when customers expect quick service. So Stupid.
