I usually come to this Tim Hortons, but I’ve noticed several ongoing issues that are concerning. Staff members often do not wear hair nets, and on multiple visits a girl who appeared to be a supervisor (wearing a different sweatshirt) had her hair completely open. I ignored this for some time, but it is a food safety issue and not acceptable.
In addition, staff were using inappropriate words in their own language and speaking very loudly. The environment felt unprofessional, and it was impossible to sit there and relax even for 10 minutes.
My only question is: on days when they know an audit might happen, do they still follow the same practices? Hygiene and professionalism should be consistent every day, not only during inspections.

i like the location and order early in the morning her name is mina, very cool and friendly vibes and everytime i order my french vanila they always put a cup sleeve without asking it. I do highly recommend this store to my friend and family bacause they handle with care and very friendly people especially Mina.

My first trip to this location was over 4 years ago, in 2021. I keep coming. !!! I greatly enjoy talking to Greg, Rod, Carren, and the team. I have never had any reason to complain. I am probably the only man that they address me by my first name. Their prompt service and friendly interaction may be the reason for my frequent visit.
