I visited the Tim's Hortons near my office and one of the crew Mina who's always help me. I always order double double coffee and she is considerate because I have an issue with card but she allows to get my order even my payment was not confirmed. I highly recommended this branch.

This was by far the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and flat-out worst server I’ve ever encountered. The attitude wasn’t just rude — it was borderline hostile. Every single interaction felt like they were doing me a favour by simply doing their job. No manners, no effort, no basic customer service — nothing. The way they treated customers is honestly shocking. It’s hard to believe any restaurant would allow someone with this level of attitude to represent their business. It made the entire visit miserable, and it reflects incredibly poorly on the management for tolerating it.

I biked all the way there in the rain and I was NOT disappointed. Staff are always smiling, food always tastes fresh and that first sip feeling from their summer drinks make my taste buds want to jump off a bridge just so that they can deploy that parachute onto a well made chocolate donut river😊😊. 10/10 experience would def recommend to a friend.
