The coffee always codes and this was different from another Timo also I suggested serving a needed more advice because when you are com drove tru more rushed that way it is very rude and defects.
If you’re looking for a warm customer service experience, you might want to look elsewhere. Drive thru employees focus more on their service time that they forgot to show kindness! Answering rude to a simple question and request!

Staff at this location are by far a highlight of my day whether it’s 6am or 6pm. I always come out of the drive thru with a smile from my wonderful ates ?

So many errors, the intercom people don't listen very well and very often repeat back wrong orders then were placed ... sometimes there are language barriers ... used to really like it, but not so much anymore. And when I tried their pizza's ... no thanks ... didn't look anything like what is advertised! ,,, Abd you drive through only to get home to a "wrap" instead of the sandwich? Come on!
Terrible service, they screw up your order than ask you to park out front and never bring the food out because they forget to even make a new one.

im just wondering what the point of employees wearing gloves is about? im starting to think it's just for them to keep their own hands clean..i legit saw one of the female employees tonight grab a bagel while wearing gloves (now this would normally be fine if she was using one of those singular parchment papers but she was not).. anyways, she grabs the bagel and brings it over to the area where they prepare food, she then touches her headset and takes a drive thru order.. obviously touching the screen.. then she grabs a muffin.. again with just the gloves( no parchment paper).. but she was holding the muffin by the top.. the muffin top instead of the wrapper on the bottom. ALL OFF THIS WAS DONE WITH THE SAME GLOVES. she touches the food, headset, screen and then more food.. all with the same dirty gloves .. im just hoping she didn't touch any money and then do all that. so nasty. what happened to proper sanitation and cleanliness? anyways if you guys don't mind eating food here thats been touched with dirty gloves.. then go ahead. ALL STAFF needs a lesson on food hygiene. i shouldnt have to tell y'all this.

I’m in the store all the time because I work really close and the service is ALWAYS top notch and top tier. Mina and Doreen are my two favourite staff members because they’re always asking how my day is going and they know my order. I couldn’t ask for better service from them!!
