If i Could give zero stars for service i would. This morning at around 7:20 am I went through the drive thru, the person who took my order was so rude. First I asked for Croissant toasted or grilled with butter. She said oh, we can’t do that. I said i always get it like this every single time, why is not possible to do it today? Then she agreed to do it. Later, How am I supposed to know that you don’t carry something at that location without asking. I asked for espresso foam on my iced coffee. The order taker was so rude and told me i should know that they do not carry espresso foam since i know about the croissant!!!!
Train your employees to be offer better customer service. It was the start of my morning which was ruined!!

Small store inside the gas station. They usually only have 3-5 Timbit varieties and not many of the other things. It's convenient because it's across from the transit centre but if you really want something more than coffee from a Tim's, I'd suggest going west on Stony Plain Rd a few blocks

Imagine driving all the way to get a decent coffee and its wrong every time. This is the most inconsistent Tims in the city. This place is pure garbage. Ownerships weak and laughable at this location. STAY AWAY.

I waited in line for over 15 minutes and the ignorant staff made me and 3 other customers wait while they stood around ignoring us and talking amongst their staff members truly a terrible experience and 100% the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to needless to say I took a bus to a different Tims where I was served immediately I still can’t believe the actions of these workers they definitely left a bad taste in my mouth as well as portraying a bad look on their company there needs to be some sort of remedy whether that be new management or something else I don’t know how the employees here still have a job

Went to get some food saw some wraps and stuff that looked good on the menu board, problem is they don't carry the wraps. Why have things on the menu board that you never carry? Everything I listed off the menu that I wanted to have they don't serve.
