This is the absolute worst location in the city. The Saturday morning staff is incredibly rude not to mention that your wait time on the average day is no less than five to six minutes for a single coffee, They constantly have fruit flies and other bugs crawling all over the displayed baked goods and they run out of soup at 2 in the afternoon (and for some reason will not make more).. Then offer me a pizza.. AT A COFFEE HOUSE!!!! Please clean your restaurant and do better.

Depending on when you go to the drive-through and who’s working, especially if it’s the men service is extremely slow and you end up waiting in the drive-through for almost 15 minutes for them to hand you your drink or even food and then when you ask for three cream and two sugar coffees it always comes out still super dark super strong and it’s hard to drink. Sometimes the food is cold or improperly, made with eggshells in it. I do love the great service I get from half the ladies there but the other half don’t know what they are doing, looks like they hate their job and always have to repeat my orders 3-4 times when those ones are working. They need to find people who really want to work and care about customer service

The gentleman behind the counter didn’t give me my change and when I reminded him that I needed my change he seemed to get upset about it. He then proceeded to throw my change at me. I USED to frequent this location multiple times a day but that won’t be happening anymore.
