I had a wonderful experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff were very friendly, polite, and welcoming. My order was prepared quickly and exactly as requested. Depending on when you go to the drive-through and who’s working, especially if it’s the men service is extremely slow and you end up waiting in the drive-through for almost 15 minutes for them to hand you your drink or even food and then when you ask for three cream and two sugar coffees it always comes out still super dark super strong and it’s hard to drink. Sometimes the food is cold or improperly, made with eggshells in it. I do love the great service I get from half the ladies there but the other half don’t know what they are doing, looks like they hate their job and always have to repeat my orders 3-4 times when those ones are working. They need to find people who really want to work and care about customer service

The gentleman behind the counter didn’t give me my change and when I reminded him that I needed my change he seemed to get upset about it. He then proceeded to throw my change at me. I USED to frequent this location multiple times a day but that won’t be happening anymore.

Worst service ever. I go here often and the only nice staff is the young Caucasian girl that is at the till.
Kindly tell to your employee before handling the food, they should change there glove, I seen this morning they handling money then they are cutting the beagal without changing the gloves.

So I went in and ordered a coffee and 2 blueberry fritters. When I began eating the fritters, I realized that they were apple fritters. I went back to let them know about the mistake and not only did they give me the other apple fritter, they gave me 3 blueberry fritters because of the mistake. I would totally recommend this location because of its great service.
