Just garbage. I have countless bad experiences at this location with my orders. Every time I order a sausage, farmers wrap, they never put the sausage in. EVER. It’s a real problem . Are they poor and desperate and eating what other people pay for?? This is out of hand. Tim hortons was once a great place people were proud of. Now??? It need to go under and close the doors. Just awful. Absolutely awful

Early morning 445am. Sat a drive thru couple of minutes had to go to window and watch workers go back an forth and clean... no acknowledgement. Comes to window after 5min and says only coffee. Come on! Could of just came to windows or answer and tell me only coffee!

Wow worst experience ever i had on drive thru at 11:17 pm 8 oct ordered brownie but sorry we don’t have so why did you get the order even the women is wearing mic on right ear and earpod in left ear ???? And she is unable to listen to us said three time sorry what? Pull out earpod from ear and then listen to us go to home if you dont want to work here never come again

I ordered a tea here which was not warm at all. I came back half hour later cause I had to be somewhere to come get them to remake it staff or extremely rude and tried to tell me I did not purchase the tea there. They did not even know what alternatives they offered on their menu Particularly staff named jazz was extremely rude. Staff refused to make my drink again, and they were talking disrespectfully about me in their language, thinking I did not understand. Asking for contact name for manager, they said that they did not have Who worked at the store.

Staff was very rude, I came to purchase donuts and I saw a offer which states 1$ donut if you buy a hot drink which we did purchased but staff said you can’t get this offer later we ask to speak to sone other person and he said if you have app then you may get it. It’s not about offer it’s about being rude to customer and not providing enough explanation to the customer. This kind of staff should be trained to behave politely.
