for people that take orders all day, you’d think they’d take them correctly!!
Staff was very rude, I came to purchase donuts and I saw a offer which states 1$ donut if you buy a hot drink which we did purchased but staff said you can’t get this offer later we ask to speak to sone other person and he said if you have app then you may get it. It’s not about offer it’s about being rude to customer and not providing enough explanation to the customer. This kind of staff should be trained to behave politely.

Nice place for a cup of tea
Cannot follow simple orders ever. This morning I ordered an iced coffee with almond milk and a sour cream glazed doughnut. I got an iced coffee with regular milk and a chocolate doughnut??? Correct me if I’m wrong but that’s not a very complicated order like how do you get it that wrong? Far from the first time I’ve had a messed up order, just especially tired of it now.

I visited this Tim Hortons and ordered the sausage egg breakfast box, while my friend got the scrambled egg wrap. My breakfast box was missing the sausage, so I went back to the counter. Instead of remaking it, the girl who prepared it just sprinkled some sausage on top. It was hard to eat and completely dry since the sauce was missing too. She refused to make a fresh one.
My friend's wrap was cold and falling apart. When he asked about it, she just said “that’s how it is” and acted like nothing was wrong. Her attitude was rude and dismissive. Before even addressing the issue, she asked if it was a drive-thru or in-store order, like she was ready to blame someone else. But it was an in-store order. Overall, terrible customer service.

Worst tim hortons it can be. Staff is not good at customer service at all. Serves non done wraps and then argues about it.
They need to start hiring better people.

Really good customer service .. thanks to the team for being on their toes .. the drive through was jam packed but they managed to serve the counter in person pretty well too with no compromise on the taste ❤️❤️

This is 2:30 AM and they said they haven’t anything except drinks until 4 Am why they are saying 24 hours open? What that means 24 hours they should mention between 2am to 4 am they have nothing just coffee , you can check the time on picture I took pictures right this time

This is the best place for a quick stop to eat because they have a pretty good donuts to grab and go the atmosphere is fine because sometimes they're homeless people asking for money. The service is fine I guess because sometimes when I go first before another person they make my order of the person who came after me get their order first
