This is my local Tim hortons and I’ve been going to it for the past few years. The customer service is great and the food is always given to me quickly and very little change. When I come here I’m able to stay satisfied knowing that the food will always taste the same and know what to expect. Highly recommend using this Tim hortons

today I went to this tim hortons at about 10:30 p.m. I ordered Three French vanilla's and after paying the girl who was on the window to gave me my order ,she gave me my 1st coffee in my hand and then I returned it back to her and ask her that do you have cup holder ??. she replied me in a very rude way and talked angerly because of her attitude and rude behavior i decided to leave the coffees there and at that time i said sry and go ahead without picking up my coffees

I'm very disappointed! I ordered ice cup supreme and he give me a regular ice cup! Not worth it for the price! They need more training!
