just had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff member who took my order was extremely rude and unprofessional.I’ve had better experiences before, but this time was very upsetting. I won’t choose this next time.

First and foremost customer service has been contacted re this location and after a month!!..there has been ZERO change.
This is the most disgusting place....the windows have had handprints on THE windows AND the doors for a very long time...Has been brought up to the manager in the morning and she just shrugs her shoulders and says it's fine!!?? We do come here different times throughout the day and we have yet to see someone clean the tables and countertops. There is one lady Suzy..who tries her best while serving customers and she goes above and beyond for her customers always a smile and cheery attitude something the others are lacking. We do go toother locations and this one is very disappointing and we feel if no changes are made we WILL have to avoid here for some time.

Why do they choose to clean their machines during peek hours. I use to work for Tim's. This is a cop-out. They say that, when their times are down. And don't want to wait. Ice cap machine is the worst. When they say they are being cleaned. Offer to wait and see what they say

All of there menu screens were off and I asked for bagel and that girl said we don’t serve food after 10 however I got bagels day before that and all other locations do serve all that even at midnight. I came at 12 ish.

Please train your staff how to talk to the customer at least in the morning. When as a customer i am talking politely to make my order again, the staff is very rude and was shouting at me. even after asking specifically at the time of order, my order was made wrong. Very rude staff. Every time i go there, its the same situation. Never make order correctly.

Every time I order on the app for pick up this never ready. Even though the app has a request for ASAP. I ordered two pizzas, arrived 15min later and nothing was prepared. I had them refund me.

So much garbage on the kitchen floor ..all employees were doing work extremely fast that they were not even preparing orders right …and the service was so non friendly…they should work on it ..if its busy they should hire more ppl!!!! But The indian two indian girls and a guy were working well! (Ablee and dont know the other ones name)
