I gave 5 stars for service ONLY for the employee Merlon. He is the ONLY employee that always has a smile on his face anytime you see him. He is very friendly, and has always gone above and beyond my expectations for service. He is very nice and polite and will always make sure you’re happy with your order. I come to this location frequently and have ONLY gotten this service from merlon.
This is my local Tim hortons and I’ve been going to it for the past few years. The customer service is great and the food is always given to me quickly and very little change. When I come here I’m able to stay satisfied knowing that the food will always taste the same and know what to expect. Highly recommend using this Tim hortons
I don't think I have ever seen a Tim Hortons running this smoothly as I did this morning. Aug24 09h30. I barely had time to put away my debit card before staff was handing me my drink and then my wrap. And they're having fun doing it! Everyone in great spirits thanks ladies. I needed that.
