Just bad experience to your staff this morning at drive thru she is not good service not friendly what happen is I collect my awards points and suddenly not scanning at all and she told me i hold the line up order she’s is not good at all advise you supposed training all your staff how to be a good service from now on i will never come back this area at all..!!! Im very disappointed!!!

I came for coffee, all staff were talking in their language very loudly, I don’t mind. However the Girl made a coffee while talking and it was not hygienic. I don’t know why the management does not check cameras.

All the tables and chairs are very dirty, and even after being told, no one is willing to come out and clean them.

The service is bad, it was a failed experience. I asked for jelly with an extra loaf of bread. They didn’t put the extra bread in first. Then I found that there was no cream in the bag and the bread was old. It seemed that it was prepared two days ago, so it broke when I touched it.... A failed group. While I was waiting in line to receive my order, one of them made a mistake in delivering a piece of cake, and I delivered the piece of cake myself.... I will never come back here again.

Staff and food were awesome! HOWEVER THE POTHOLES IN THE DRIVE THROUGH ARE ABSOLUTELY UNSAFE, WE WILL BE CONTACTING THE CITY

I had to edit this from my last post. They gave this place a makeover, however the staff are terrible. I honestly don't know how they're even hired lol. They kept getting wrong order after wrong order. And they weren't even mine. People were walking in one after the other saying thier orders are wrong. I wish I took a vid of it, it was hilarious. Also the kiosk they have are completely useless. You order everything there, pay, then they say we don't have this, or this, or this... You guys want a neat trick, order the spicy thai soup at the kiosk, they nevet have that soup. They'll tell you they don't have it, and ask for a chili. So you get the chili as the same price of a spicy thai.
