The women who were working the morning window, scanned my two for one code and tried to only give me one sandwhich, then tried to charge me for the second sandwhich , her manager then came up and said I was looking for something for free. They also gave me a regular iced coffee and I asked for a vanilla iced coffee , also gave me a cup with a crack in it almost as if it was intentional. There were glares and attitude before I even pulled up to the window , racism needs to end , none of our generation has done anything to deserve this type of treatment, the attitude and the unprofessionalism was very unnecessary this morning.

I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons! Amrit greets every customer with a warm, friendly smile, making the visit even more enjoyable. Her positive attitude and excellent service really stand out and make me want to come back. Keep up the amazing work!

Just bad experience to your staff this morning at drive thru she is not good service not friendly what happen is I collect my awards points and suddenly not scanning at all and she told me i hold the line up order she’s is not good at all advise you supposed training all your staff how to be a good service from now on i will never come back this area at all..!!! Im very disappointed!!!

I came for coffee, all staff were talking in their language very loudly, I don’t mind. However the Girl made a coffee while talking and it was not hygienic. I don’t know why the management does not check cameras.

One of the worst drive thru experience. Please train your staff properly.
All the tables and chairs are very dirty, and even after being told, no one is willing to come out and clean them.
The service is bad, it was a failed experience. I asked for jelly with an extra loaf of bread. They didn’t put the extra bread in first. Then I found that there was no cream in the bag and the bread was old. It seemed that it was prepared two days ago, so it broke when I touched it.... A failed group. While I was waiting in line to receive my order, one of them made a mistake in delivering a piece of cake, and I delivered the piece of cake myself.... I will never come back here again.
