I Oder through the app at 6:40 it’s now close to 8 I have not received my Oder. I have order through Tim hortons app I can’t contact live chat you can only send message. The driver won’t answer they aren’t willing to help they also hung up on. They have no care for consumers. How do you hang up on someone who spent money at your location.

I had an amazing experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Bhupinder and Manpreet. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive from the moment I walked in.

If every location had staff like Bhupinder and Manpreet, Tim Hortons would be unbeatable. Keep up the amazing work! 👏☕️🍩

The ladies bathroom toilets were awful (someone(s) hasn't learned how to flush toilets!!??)
I also ordered the spicy chicken habernaro (?) wrap and it was SO spicy HOT, my mouth was stinging & burning in pain. I like spicy, but that seemed way, way too hot. Maybe someone made a mistake. Besides those things it was great.

LISTEN!!! DONT GET ANYTHING FROM HERE..
They will make it horrible and when you call to talk to manager or supervisor, They said there is no one present in the store. Then how is this store running properly? Oh yes!! Thats why you are making so many mistakes since there is no supervision.
Staff is soo rude and are not even accepting their mistake. I order a SIMPLE CHEESE FLATEBDEAD. Thats not so hard to make.. Just look what I got.. Just going to trash this out, Since firstly her manager was at other store and then she suddenly had a day off.... and there will be no one present till tomorrow.

I visit this Tim Hortons almost every morning, and it always starts my day off right. The service is quick, and the staff is great. A special shoutout to Manpreet — she’s always kind and brings a positive vibe to the place. I really appreciate that.

Visited this Tim Hortons to order a coffee, and yet again the cashier didn’t bother returning my 10 cents change. I waited awkwardly and the girl did not bother to come to drive through window to return my change. I come to this location 2–3 times a week, and almost every second visit my change is not given back. Over the course of this year alone, they have probably kept around $8–$10 from me. This is just my experience and imagine how much they could be making if this is happening to many customers. Whether it is the franchise owner or an employee, whoever is responsible is essentially taking money from customers. I am posting this review in hopes that someone in the company who cares will see it and look into this immediately. This practice needs to stop.

Used to love coming to this location but lately it’s gone downhill since adding the kiosks. We ordered and waited almost 30 minutes, and they didn’t even call out my name or order number. They had actually packed it as an uber order so we wouldn’t have even known it was ours if we hadn’t gone up to ask if our order was coming. Our order was also mostly wrong, we didn’t get the sauce we paid for nor did they inform us that they didn’t have it, so when we went back to get it they said they don’t carry it anymore. Definitely something that should be communicated. Our timbit order wasn’t correct either. Overall very disappointing.

Got French vanila this morning and it was just a hot water nothing else.
I guess they are just selling a glass of hot water for almost 3 bucks.
Worst experience!
