Consistently getting orders wrong and piss poor customer service. This is the 3rd time in the span of a month that I’ve been handed the wrong drink and I’m just sick of it lol. The store is not even busy when I’m there so there’s no reason to consistently mess up orders. I recommend going to the Tim’s across the street!

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons in the city and honestly should be shut down. Orders are almost never correct and are poorly made, especially through delivery apps, which makes it unacceptable that this location is still allowed on delivery platforms. The employees show zero care in customer service or food handling and clearly don’t know how to follow orders or make even simple items properly.
Reviews receive generic responses with links that lead nowhere, and even after following through and emailing, nothing has improved. It’s also suspicious how poor reviews are quickly followed by multiple five-star reviews. Every visit is frustrating and disappointing. Avoid at all costs.
Cue the generated “Your review is very concerning to us. We would appreciate it if you would contact our Guest Care team at…”
My first to come to this Tim Horton as its close to where I work. The service and friendly atmosphere is very satisfactory. No waiting longer. Quick that hot my order fast so will come back again. Thanks guys!

I am somebody who likes to give benefit of the doubt, but when the same resturaunt has provided nothing but absolute TRASH service, TRASH food, and TRASH delivery, it is NOT worth your time to go out of your way to order tim hortons on any of the second party sites (uber eats, skip the dishes, door dash etc)
This is the THIRD TIME I have ordered food from this restaurant- and have recieved HOURS OLD food (so stale, I cannot bite through it without tooth pain), over half of our drinks spilled, and we HAVE called this resturaunt to push this information forward to begin with - which means this should NOT STILL BE HAPPENING.
At this rate, you WILL NOT recieve the service you pay for - do. Not. Go.

I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff are friendly, fast, and actually pay attention to the little details with the order. The coffee is always fresh, the iced drinks taste consistent every time, and the food comes out warm. The place is clean, and even during busy hours they move the line quickly. It’s just a reliable spot where you know exactly what you’re getting — good service and good coffee. Definitely one of my favorite Tim Hortons locations.

Asked for a 50 pack of chocolate timbits. Without any warning, they switched it to birthday cake timbits, even after specifically requesting chocolate timbits. Good food, questionable service. Make sure you get what you asked for. This is not the first time I have had to ask them to fix my order. I should not have to be concerned about actually receiving what I ordered.
