I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff are friendly, fast, and actually pay attention to the little details with the order. The coffee is always fresh, the iced drinks taste consistent every time, and the food comes out warm. The place is clean, and even during busy hours they move the line quickly. It’s just a reliable spot where you know exactly what you’re getting — good service and good coffee. Definitely one of my favorite Tim Hortons locations.

Asked for a 50 pack of chocolate timbits. Without any warning, they switched it to birthday cake timbits, even after specifically requesting chocolate timbits. Good food, questionable service. Make sure you get what you asked for. This is not the first time I have had to ask them to fix my order. I should not have to be concerned about actually receiving what I ordered.

I went to the drive through to get 2 farmers wrap today. They asked me to pull aside and wait. They forgot my order. I waited for 12 minutes and went in to check. They said they were out of a sauce and was just making it then. No apology whatsoever. Definitely not going back to this location.

I asked a lady here to make my drink with lactose-free/dairy-free milk because there was an option to choose that for that drink. The drink tasted weird though. When I opened the lid of my cup to check, there was ONLY dairy milk in it & no other contents of the drink I ordered. This is a business place & staff should NOT be allowed to IMPOSE their beliefs on PAYING CUSTOMERS. How many dairy-free customers have been deterred by this lady so far?

I come here every day and spend at least $30 on coffee. I really like the coffee, and I get it every morning, but the iced coffee has tasted different over the past few days. When I mentioned it, the lady cut me off and didn’t listen. It was really rude, and I won’t be coming back

Ordered the steak & cheddar sandwich and was highly disappointed in the quality control. A few shavings of beef and cheddar cheese grease all over the sandwich. There doesn’t seem to be any QC or care put into these sandwiches anymore. They’re just ‘slapped’ together. I took pictures but can’t share my experience. 👎🏼
I visited Tims on sunday around 12:30 pm. The Filipino guy working at back area was pressing the trash down with his naked hands and after that without washing hands he touched the other eatable stuff at the back. So disappointed to see that.🤨🤨😒

Really poor service. Made us wait 15 minutes for a mobile order only to make us line up. Then after 10 minutes told us they don't have the right milk for the drink. When we picked something else (which had a price difference) they suddenly had the right milk. Made us wait another 5 minutes and gave us the wrong drink with no apologies at all.

My last 2 visits via drive thru have been a fail. They don’t listen, I have to correct them, and they still mess it up. The cherry on the top is getting home to open my ASSORTED timbits and finding a box full of PLAIN. Not once, but twice. I mean, who actually likes those?? I’ve been going there with my father since it opened. This used to be a great place. I get them being busy, but failing one customer at a time will eventually lead to “busy” not being a problem
