Stopped here 2 days in a row for breakfast. Both times my wraps have been spilling out the sides. They have also been cold both times. And one of the days they messed up my order.

My recent late-night drive-thru experienceon Aug 17, 2025 at 11:30 was the final proof of Tim Hortons' profound management failure. I ordered a steeped tea but was instead handed a cup of cold water, a fundamental error on a core menu item. Being in a hurry, I couldn't waste more time seeking a correction, which speaks volumes about their inefficient resolution process. This single incident perfectly encapsulates their consistent decline in quality and service. I will not be returning, as one bad tea is enough to validate their broken operational standards.

After asking what soups they had today, the drive thru worker bluntly stated they always have chicken noodle. It felt rude because I was wondering what types of soup I could get there since it was not on the drive thru menu. When I received the soup with bread, they only gave me one butter packet and it was not enough to cover both sides of the bread.. The soup seemed to have no chicken in it besides the broth.

After a long time had this great service at Tim Hortons Canada,
Calvin you are awesome!!!

In past two visits at this location fortunate to see him behind the counter and he maintains the consistency.

This can only happen under a Good Working environment.
So kudos for management as well

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared. I visited the drive-thru around 10:15 AM on Sunday, July 6th, simply to order a plain croissant grilled with butter. What I received was a cold, stale, rock-hard croissant that seemed like it had been pre-made long ago.

I went through the drive-thru again to explain the issue. The employee on the speaker, Jennifer, responded in an extremely rude tone, insisting, “We grilled it.” Her attitude and tone were completely uncalled for. When I got to the window, she snatched the croissant out of my hand without a word. For the record, I was calm and polite throughout.

What made it worse? She just reheated the same croissant and handed it back, without any attempt to make a fresh one or properly fix the issue. It was clear there was no concern for customer service at any level, management, staff, or otherwise.

Thanks, Jennifer, for completely ruining the start of my day. Extremely unprofessional service, I won’t be returning.

Needs more communication between hot and cold departments on app orders you have to hunt for your hot, because it never gone s to the app pickup area
