I ordered chilli with an extra bun and painf for it. When I went inside to pick up, the girl who was tryingto find an other bun. She ended her search and gave me with only bun. She know about it and handed over me the bag with only one bun. I came back after and complain Ed about it. Anmol and the girl (who was workingon my order) did not try to give me another bun. I asked for my refund. But the other did not speak with me, did not bother to say sorry. That's the nastiest service on Halloween

In the morning this location is super fast, we just ordered 2 bagels, a framers wrap, hot chocolate, and ice capp and we ordered and received it in less than 2 minutes (there was even 2 cars in front of us). Say what you want about the state of Tim Hortons in recent years, grabbing Tim Hortons in the morning when you're running late is great.

The speed is super fast. The workers are really helping each other. Very impressive. I don’t go to this store often but it’s far better than store close to our house.

Worst customer service, I purchased 4 drinks 5 days ago and out of 4 drinks 2 of them were wrongly made. I called the store after reaching home spoke with Jocelyn the manager to which she Apologised and promised me that I will be given 2 drinks that was made by error. She took my name and noted the 2 drinks as well. Fast-forward to 4 days later I went to pickup those drinks and was denied by the cashier at the drive thru, he mentioned that there was no note that said I'll be given the 2 drinks. He was rude and made me feel like I was being dis-honest about it. I'm seriously disappointed ?. Note: cashier- Harjinder.
