The Biscoff latte tasted really good and wasn’t too sweet. The chocolate croissant was warm, flaky, and fresh. Jasleen recommended me this drink, so I try it. The place is clean, quiet, and has a nice Christmas vibe, which made it feel really cozy. The staff were friendly and everything tasted great. I’d come back for sure.

I ordered from delivery and they said on the receipt they run out of timbits. They did not even call me for substitution or put a voucher/coupon. Instead they just put in the my iced capp. How am I supposed to get a refund. Cant even call.

At around 10:27 PM, I placed a mobile order at this location while returning home. My wife was driving and I was in the passenger seat. When we went through the drive-thru and mentioned it was a mobile order, things took a surprising turn.
The lady at the window (wearing a hijab 🧕) told my wife, “We are sold out, we have nothing to offer you.” I was shocked. I asked if she could give me anything equivalent to my order—whatever was left. Instead, she insisted I come back the next morning for a refund or for my order, since there was no manager on duty. I asked again if she was serious that there was absolutely nothing left, and she still refused.
Fortunately, another staff member stepped in. After I explained the situation, he handled it very professionally. He offered me some delicious food, and I gladly accepted. I parked so I wouldn’t hold up the drive-thru, and shortly after, he personally brought me a tasty wrap and muffins. His professionalism and kindness turned what started as a very frustrating experience into a positive one.
I want to sincerely thank the gentleman who resolved the issue 👏. However, the staff at the window clearly needs better customer service training, as her handling of the situation was unacceptable.

I have been to many tim hortons locations in the past 2 months even more so in the past 3 weeks from Canmore, Calgary up to Edmonton. Without hesitation this was the cleanest friendliest location I have stepped foot in. The bathroom had impeccable cleanliness. The place looked clean and tidy. I understood why so many people where just having a coffee and sitting in the building alone.It was a great atmosphere. I thanked the staff when I was in and I thank them now for their hard work and diligent house keeping skills. They should be proud of themselves and their work as it did not go unnoticed. I thank you again for the delightful coffee stop. Though it was breif it made an impression.
