I don't drink coffee so I'm not a regular customer of this business. We ordered breakfast through the drive through. I went to another business and realized that what I picked up was not what I ordered. I returned to the business, physically went into the operation and explained to the employer that I went through the drive through and got the wrong order. She asked me what I ordered and went directly to the employee who prepares the food. The lady turned around and said I remember your order. Fixed the order, happy with that but while waiting I looked at the drive through window. There was 4 employees running around a 6ft sq area, no wonder they have issues keeping orders straight. Personally they try to push through as many people as possible but process must be changed inside window. Numbering system or review of orders would fix errors. I had to return to store a second time, waste of my time and gas, please do better.

So so bad.. young canadian struggle to get a job and this Tim horton insist to hire unprofessional people. Tonight I order an extra large coffee with 2 almond milk the philipina lady wearing a blue shirt put the last few drips of bottle and when i asked her to complete the quantity she behave with rude way.. go back to your camera and see what happen.. i hope the owner take an action.. wanna thank the supervisor who is the indian lady for her professionalism.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but my recent experience at Tim Hortons was disappointing. The service was slow even though the store wasn’t busy, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. My order was wrong twice, and when i ask for my actual order they started arguing not satisfied with service.

I find it annoying that Time Hortons will give you hot 🔥 tea with no cup slap on it. Someone going to get burned from those hot drinks.
I ordered medium coffee gave me small and when I ask for medium lady was rude and didn’t wanted to listen at all
