So so bad.. young canadian struggle to get a job and this Tim horton insist to hire unprofessional people. Tonight I order an extra large coffee with 2 almond milk the philipina lady wearing a blue shirt put the last few drips of bottle and when i asked her to complete the quantity she behave with rude way.. go back to your camera and see what happen.. i hope the owner take an action.. wanna thank the supervisor who is the indian lady for her professionalism.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but my recent experience at Tim Hortons was disappointing. The service was slow even though the store wasn’t busy, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. My order was wrong twice, and when i ask for my actual order they started arguing not satisfied with service.

I find it annoying that Time Hortons will give you hot 🔥 tea with no cup slap on it. Someone going to get burned from those hot drinks.

I ordered medium coffee gave me small and when I ask for medium lady was rude and didn’t wanted to listen at all
I dont know why would they make all items in the order wrong.. we ordered breakfast farmers sandwich on muffin after so many attempts she said she got the order right and after that were handed over all those breakfast sandwich on biscuit .. also in same order we ordered slow cooked chicken wraps to which we received crisy chicken in it .. i took the receipt by chance and saw she also took wrong order after many corrections and told us she got it right..you can see wrkng order in the receipt then also see crispy chicken in the wrap
