I bought some timbits here and had to use the washroom, since its locked I had to ask for a key. The person who attended me said “yeah it’s there” pointed to the side counter. I took it and went to use the key but was having a hard time. I went back and asked why I was having a hard time. Then the girl looked at me puzzled and started laughing “oh thats the mens one” then I said “why would she give me this, do I look like a man?” What makes me upset is that their apology was not genuine, just started laughing like its not offensive.
