Went there today and ordered a Large Chili, Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap, and a large ice cap. The bun that comes with the chili is hard as a rock and the wrap was crispy chicken not grilled. So disappointed. Do better people!!

went there this morning they scanned a employee Tim's card before even asking me if I had one. I thought it was against company policy for employees to scan their points cards whether or not a customer had a Tim's card of their own. extremely upset with this process. will not be returning to this location.

At all this location deserved a ZERO rating,I usually never give any google reviews but this morning experience is a wake up call! I ordered in Dt this morning around 7:30am,payed 15.64$,received a worst customer service,the employee in the window was very rude,rushing me to leave,my farmers wrap order was made disgusting,sauces all over the packaging,people read the review at this location!!and avoid coming here!Timhortons at 153rd avenue,close at the gas station,theres more timhortons around the area that not making you feel a burden serving you!!!Whoever running this location need a better check if you have the right employees helping your business.Will never coming back here again.

When I came here in the evening with my children, the staff appeared to be more concerned for the drive though customers then the customers inside. I had to wait about five minutes for someone to take my order. I noticed other customers also waited.. that’s fine. What really bothered me is the staff that yelled across the whole cafe to ask my little girl to stop drawing on the window with her finger as “I will now have to clean the window”. I was in the washroom when this occurred and I could hear the whole conversation. I was mortified, why not be professional and walk up to the table And ask politely, instead of yelling rudely across the cafe. So unprofessional and rude, the workers attitudes sucks. I told my daughter she should clean the window, my daughter responded by “I’ll clean it with my tongue” to which lightened the mood. The drive through staff are usually pretty friendly and we have good conversation and they know my orders. But this one lady, what a grouch. She cleaned the window as soon as we left 🙄
