Went for coffee. Couple of issues that probably won’t have me going back to this location. First, they refused to give me honey in my coffee. Was told that there is an up charge. First I have ever heard about this, no other location has said this so not sure if it’s a new thing. Second, my coffee order was mixed up with the car behind me. Didn’t notice until I got to my next location ?

If I could do half star I would. Just bought a farmers wrap and didn't realize they had a spicy sauce in it. When I went to the counter to ask if they could remake it, they complained and said I should have said something before. Well had I known it had sauce in it I would have duh...they have flies and wasps flying in the donut display and it's disgusting

Went through the drive thru. Ordered to 2 FV cappuccinos and a sausage breakfast on biscuit. Got 2 FV coffee and a bacon sandwich on an English muffin. lol not sure how any of that was misinterpreted. Didn’t have time to go back and complain because I was on way to work.
Good place, food is good! Usually service is good, but today the "cleaner" was rude, pulling chairs aggressively beside us, even started cleaning the table of a customer who was still using it, without saying a word or asking permission. Poor behavior

Worst tim Hortons experienced. If i order breakfast items during lunch that doesn’t mean you will serve me cold leftovers. I was in a rush to go work otherwise i would have told you what you served me. Shame on you guys. I know you just want to put in hours to get money but at least think of the customers who are hungry and want their food perfect. YOU RUINED MY DAY.

I went through the drive thru around 4:30-4:40pm ordered a wrap and a caramel ice cap, went to the window paid got my wrap and when it came to my drink it had whipped cream which unless I ask for they never use to put it in I told the lady who was Caucasian I didn’t ask for whipped cream. In a rude tone she said “we didn’t ask and now that it’s there we can’t do anything about it sorry, we are busy and we are on timer so I will give you a spoon scoop it out” it’s not like I didn’t pay so I decided to leave it took the scoop and done it and when I tasted it it has a bunch of chocolate chunks. Since when does caramel ice cap have chocolate chunks. Never coming to this tims again it’s the second time I am encountering rude workers.
