Consistently the rudest, damn near unprofessional staff taking orders at the drive through. I understand that it is a fast paced environment, but rushing your customers, being rude is my consistent experience here. Everytime. In addition to not getting my order correct. Even when I finally politely confronted the staff and informed her, she refused to accept that she was being rude and very VERY reluctantly apologized. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but on 4 seperate ocassions and with different staff makes this a clear pattern for this location. I will not be back.

This morning I visited one of your Tim Hortons locations and ordered a coffee with 3 honey and 3 milk only. However, I was given just 3 milk without the honey. This is not the first time—it is actually the second time this exact mistake has happened to me at your store.
In addition to that, the coffee I received was cold, which made the experience even more disappointing.
I would like to know why this keeps happening and whether it is an issue with the way the orders are being taken or prepared. I enjoy Tim Hortons, but repeated mistakes like this are frustrating and make me question the quality of service.
I kindly ask that this matter be looked into and that steps are taken to ensure accurate and fresh orders are provided in the future.

This is so far the worst Tim Horton's ever, the staff is so rude, it doesn't matter the time you visit they're always rude, the give you the food wrong and when you mention the mistake, they get offended, like it's your fault for their poor service, they rushed you, make faces, roll their eyes, etc. it's like they are getting paid for being nasty and rude

The service is too poor. I usually get breakfast from them every Sunday and they never got it right. The ladies that does the service never gave us our food complete and when we drive bck they are never sorry very rude set of workers.
