My whole experience was great today, Sunday, November 2, at 11:30am. From clear communication when going through the drive through, to getting great food. First time in a long time where I actually got some bacon on my sandwich! Worth taking the time to review. TY

I have been buying steeped tea for years at this location, they mostly do alright. Just recently the cream tasted off, they must have more additives and sugar as it doesn't taste right. Went to a different location today and it was the usual good cream I'm used to.

i wish i could give -5 star to this location with the ROV being the supervisor. I simply return their uncooked chicken wraps to get change it and she instead of helping me as customer, starting arguing with me. If she doesn't like to work there she should change her job.
Very disappointed. Went in for an iced latte I got a cup of milk with vanilla syrup in it. When I asked what they gave me they then told me they didn’t offer lattes. Only a chai latte. Why wouldn’t they tell me that before I paid? I have no clue. If I wanted a cup of milk I would’ve went to the grocery store and bought a jug for the same price as this “latte”. Extremely disappointed. Rarely come to Tim’s as is and won’t be back after this. Also wasn’t greeted when we came in at all. Anyone who has been to this location knows how small it is as well. The employees were laughing and singing which was really cute tho.

I usually come to Tim Hortons for a good cup of coffee, but my recent visit was really disappointing. The coffee I received tasted like mostly hot water with barely any coffee flavor, and it had way less sugar than I asked for. It was weak, bland, and definitely not what I expect when I order from here. When I pay for coffee, I expect it to actually taste like coffee, not watered down. This kind of inconsistency makes me not want to come back to this location.
