Sept 4 is my birthday but for some reason it's listed as Sept 5 on my Tim's app. So on Sept 5, around 7:00 pm at the (east side) drive thru window, I mentioned I had a birthday offer. She asked me to drive up to the window so she could hear me better. When I did so, the ENTIRE staff gathered close to the window and loudly and happily sang Happy Birthday! Putting aside my embarrassment lol, I was SO thrilled and touched by this very sweet gesture! They're a great bunch! Every time I visit this location I have a great experience, thank you! Shout out to all the staff working last evening! You made my day (and embarrassed my son in the passenger seat - an even better birthday gift LOL!)
