Very rude staff they never greet towards the customer, I been there 3 times and hasn't improved, and they gave cold coffee and when I told them this coffee is too cold, they gave me very bad impression, and nobody would like it,and staff looks always in bad mood I never seen smile on their face,

I ordered a medium Strawberry Watermelon Quencher today around 7:25 PM, but I was really disappointed with the taste. It had no sweetness at all and was unusually bitter—definitely not what I expected. It seemed like something went wrong with the preparation. I usually enjoy Tim Hortons drinks, but this time it was not a good experience.

I'm a huge fan of Timmies. I prefer their coffee over their competitions. For a quick bite i love their chicken ranch wrap.

Orderd 2 plain croissants but they have just one croissant after I did the payment they tell me that we just have single croissant the guy who take order was nice as he agreed to charge the difference as I wanted everything bagel with hashbrown in it, he knows his job very well but the lady over there is so rude she don’t even have manners how to greet and talk with customers she was being clever and showing disrespect to the guy who taking order as well as to us . Learn some manners how to talk with customers
