I go to this restaurant often the staff members are great, always cheerful. I feel like they enjoy their job and I feel like I am always welcomed as a customer. I once had an issue and asked for the supervisor this woman Silver came and spoke to me I really felt like my need for met And the issue that I had was rectified. I will continue to use this restaurant.

I’m in utter disbelief by how rude and unwelcoming Sophie was when it came to serving my wife and I at this location recently. If you don’t like your job then don’t project it onto your customers! And looking through these reviews it shouldn’t come as a shock to anyone, including management, that the morale in this place isn’t up to standards. Because if it was, I don’t think this Sophie character would've served us the way she did. Lose the attitude next time, eh! We’re not to blame for how miserable you were taking our order and then being snarky with my wife when she just asked you to read it back to us.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was placing an order, but the woman at the counter wasn’t even trying to listen. She kept interrupting, walking away, making herself tea, and dealing with her own issues instead of helping customers.
I had to repeat my order multiple times because she literally turned her back and walked off mid-conversation. Zero professionalism, zero respect, zero effort.
This attitude is disgraceful for any business. Losing customers like this is easy. I will not be coming back — and I absolutely do not recommend this place.

This has to be one of the worst locations in the city. They are in such a rush that they get orders wrong constantly at the window. Going in is almost worse, too, because they're always severely understaffed and aren't paying attention to the front counter. I also asked for extra cream cheese on my bagel(because I know how they are), and this is what they consider extra. Honestly, if this location wasnt so close to my job, I would go to a different one.
