Went to this location for a coffee and a donut. Both drive thrus were open but only one side was being served at a time. Being a busy man I did not wish to wait 5 minutes for a coffee and the woman beside me was making a long order so I drove up to the window after a few minutes of waiting, where a young child named Justin was. I had asked him why both drive thrus are open but only one is being served at a time. Instead of a professional and courteous response, Justin responded ignorantly and still didn’t answer my question fully. If I wanted to be lipped off by a child I’d go work at an elementary school. A manager needs to get ahold of me asap. Guaranteed this won’t be his only complaint.

I go here pretty often, couple times a week and I'm getting really tired of them basically throwing my food at me at the window cause they are rushing so much. Today I got handed timbits, a wrap & egg bites all at the same time and of course dropped my wrap on my car floor. This is the experience I get everytime im there, never offered a bag, never have a sleeve on my coffee.

The tall employee swears a lot even when facing customers they dont follow the health and safety rules dont wear hairnet nor they clean their knifes. And they cannot under basic english ask for a double double i dont know what they give but sure is not double double. And all of them are very rude

Tables dirty, service way below acceptable, they didn't know anything about the prices of tim hortons products, ibaide service beyond turtle slow and they didn't have egg bites, problems with hash browns, 15 min wait for order. And this is at 10am. At least half dozen employees in chaos and disorder. Head to the other Tim's just down the road, worth the extra min drive!

Absolutely horrible experience with this Tim Hortons. The staff was completely rude. Took 15 minutes of waiting inside for them to even just take the order. Good to see they only prioritize the drive through. Told us our food would be only 7 minutes but gave 3 people the same food we ordered after us. Food came 30 minutes later. Staff had no sense or direction when it came to taking orders and by the time we got our food it wasn’t made properly or even hot. Totally disappointed with the service. Tables were gross as if no one can clean. Try harder Tim Hortons or hire better employees.

This Tim Hortons is wonderful. The workers are extremely nice and friendly, whenever I come here the food comes out quick and warm this is one of the best Tim Hortons I’ve been to!!
