There was a young girl at the window who served me on Saturday evening, she was very sweet and very quick service. I asked her for a donut at the window and she suggest the baileys Boston cream. Love it!!!!

How can a double double taste different everytime. (Mainly terrible) My coffee from yesterday was the worst I've ever had. Tasted burnt the staff ignoring and serving the burnt smelling coffee is the most disturbing

Visiting YEG - day 1 wrong order & so greasy I didn’t finish. Day 2 tried again, was served a dry bagel (irony was not lost)
3 star service only b/c when I went back they corrected the mess.
People come to Tim’s for the consistency of product. This place is a dump & needs new owner, manager or staff.

I attempted to utilize the drive-thru service. However, there were some issues encountered.
