One of the nice Tim Hortons, the staff are very nice, helpful, understanding and professionals. They got my orders right and the place was clean. For except there were some rude customers there and I can’t blame them for that 🤣. Customers also need to behave and be respectful 👀.

Terrible customer service. I ordered using their online app, and upon arrival, they told me that they didn't have what I ordered. They offered a replacement item that was worth half of what I ordered, but then they didn't have the replacement item either.

I asked for Steve t with four sweeteners and I got zero
And then I got a bagel half with cream and half there is no cream. When I went back to the store the front worker looked at me like I'm crazy. However, she make a new one and with attitude she said you need to say extra cheese.
So my question to Tim Horton if you charge me $2.49 for the bagel and a 1 dollar for the cream chees. And I'm still end up with half cream cheese on my bagel. Does that make sense?

This Tim Hortons has horrible customer service. The front counter guy had a nasty attitude from the second I walked in. No greeting, no thank you — just straight disrespect. It feels like customers are an inconvenience here. This location is completely failing at basic service and needs serious management intervention.

I asked them to give me 1/4 french vanilla and 3/4 milk.
They said okay at drive thru. I paid for it and it was unprofessional experience.
The Lady said you ordered milk so its cold.
If you want french vanilla is available.
So it was easy to say we don't provide that service before taking my money. I left and my money wasn't returned.
I think the one sentence to say sorry we don’t have that item would be enough that all of he words they could say.

I am writing to share my experience during my visit today to your Tim Hortons location at 5010 99 St. Unfortunately, I was quite shocked and disappointed by the behaviour of a staff member, Ms. Anna.

She was extremely rude in her interaction, and I felt there was a clear lack of respect towards customers, particularly those of Indian background. I have observed this kind of behaviour from her on multiple occasions.

While I understand that working in customer service can be stressful at times, I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of background or ethnicity.

This is not a complaint, but a suggestion — kindly speak with Ms. Anna and guide her to improve her approach with customers. A small change in attitude can go a long way in creating a more welcoming environment for everyone.
