please get a new owner and stop hiring people who cant speak english. asking for cheese croissant and they say "we only have cheddar and plain" ive asked for a red pepper pin wheel and given an onion one. i even opened it and showed the worker telling her its supposed to be red, not white. she tried telling me im wrong. dont know colours? stop hiring international students please. or actually care about quality of products and customer service.. running tims into the ground since trudeau became pm.

Not a great experience at this Tim Hortons drive-thru. My coffee was overfilled and spilling all over. The attendant was rude and rushing me, even though I didn't say anything. Really frustrating.

I feel this review is justified because I have been here multiple times as it is on my way to work as it is for many people this is now the fifth time in a row. I have ordered a 4 cheese bagel toasted with double herb and garlic cream cheese at best they give me a Schmear of cream cheese. I went in today to see if they could fix the issue at first they offered to refund my dollar for extra cream cheese. I said no thank you and asked for the cream cheese as I had initially wanted, she took it to the back came back out 10 seconds later and said that this was the standard amount for double cream cheese I am at a loss for words I don’t understand how they can be so cheap

I visited on that location second time in this month. These guys always perform worst services. First time they gave me half cup of coffee and today i ordered french vanilla with quarters coffee that totally worst.

I was at drive through with my son Indian girl on drive through was rude rude n unpleasant was making so much rush n ask for a minute after done my order I drove on drive through window she was so rude no smiling no basic manners I was thanking her for order n she was just staring at me very bad customer service
