I have recently moved to the area and this is one of the Tim Hortons nearby. I have only used the drive thru, so I cannot speak to the atmosphere of the place. I found the experience to be satisfactory each time.It would be nice if some locations kept their restaurants open later. I miss the pre-pandemic hours when I could work late with a nice cup of tea.

The worst drive thru service ever !! I have been going to their Tim’s since they opened, and whenever i ask for an iced coffee they never put syrup in it ! and the most disgusting thing about their worker is they start to argue and deny when I ask for it to be changed ! For some reason they don’t care about the customers , just just got the job somehow ! For past 2 weeks they have been serving wrong orders and when asking for it to be changed they give attitudes ! Don’t get it how they are still open with such bad service!

Slightly crowded, but manageable.Good food, coffee and hot chocolate.Swift service as well...
The Young Woman working at 2 am on Jan 7 was so rude, put an extra coffee on my order and rolled her eyes when I said it was wrong, then I seen her grab donuts with her bare hands. What an unpleasant person, and bad food hygiene...I would rethink having her working the drive thru if I was her employer.

a brown girl on side window spilled a coffe on my lap when i asked her about manager they said manager is not available , then i asked that girls name so i can talk tomanager about her tommorow. They said sorry we won’t let you name so what the hell you want us to do if you can’t provide better service please train your people properly first my lap literally hotburned and that girl didn’t even have a bit of manners she didn’t even bothered to applozie
