I ordered just 1 chicken pizza in this location and it takes more than 10mins!! Because even the product is already ready they didn't serve it!! Coz they keep chatting chatting each other with their own language isn't it its not appropriate if ur serving customers and you speaks other languages?!! Heads up!! To the manager of this location pls! If at work less chatting so that your people can servers more customers and less reviews like this so that they can work properly and have a good service.. time around 6:10am to 6:20am June 3th 2025

Location is a bit beat up around the edges. One of their menu screens was broken near the bottom left corner, and is now partially working and held together with plastic cling wrap. Bathrooms are also not the greatest and was out of soap.

The customer service was excellent. Very fast and friendly. The food was great!
Didn't get to order. 2 men cut in front of me, the staff didn't care, just watched it happened. The staff just ignored me, wouldn't even take my order. After standing around for 10 minutes just getting stared at, I left with nothing.

Always give me timbits I specifically ask to not get. Watery french vanilla. And trying to get me to take two hot beverages at the same time. Not very safe. Good way to get customer to spill on themselves.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a coffee and a (hot) latte at 11 pm, paid, and watched in shock as the employee who was making an (iced) iced played with the lid, slapping the entire palm side of his hand repeatedly on the inside of the lid and then put it on the (iced) latte and handed it to me. I was too shocked to say anything, but the latte is hitting a garbage, and I think I’m done with Tim’s ?

I just listened to a guy complaining about this is the worst location but didn't see they were busy and his coffee was being made fresh and hot. Respect to food service.
