Worst service ever. Tables were dirty looks like they haven't clean it since morning. No place to sit because all the tables were occupied by empty coffee cups and crumbs. Garbage bins were totally full. I think staff needs proper training. The food we have ordered was cold and soggy.

I went to buy a Chai tea at night. I ordered chai tea with 2 sugar and creamer. However, they didn’t put creamer and sugar. It’s been happening since 2 nights with me. I don’t know what’s wrong with night staff. It’s not worth buying chai tea from there.

My husband, who had been tirelessly doing snow removal until 4 am, stopped by this coffee shop seeking a warm cup to keep him going. Unfortunately, the experience left us with mixed feelings.Unable to bring his truck into the driveway, he walked up to the window, hoping to buy a coffee. However, the staff seemed unresponsive and refused to listen to his explanation, leaving the window closed. In a commendable twist of events, a good Samaritan drove up and graciously offered to buy the coffee for him. My husband, in turn, offered to reciprocate the kind gesture.Regrettably, the staff member appeared visibly upset by this exchange. This isn't an isolated incident as similar situations have occurred before. While safety concerns are undoubtedly paramount, it might be worthwhile for the establishment to consider exceptions during extreme weather or emergencies.I understand the importance of safety policies, but fostering a more understanding and customer-friendly approach, especially in unique circumstances, could greatly enhance the overall experience. Perhaps a clearer policy or guidelines for such situations could be beneficial.In the end, we appreciate the kindness of the good Samaritan and wish for a more compassionate approach from the staff in the future.
