I had a great experience at Tim Hortons. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my order was prepared quickly and correctly. The coffee was fresh and hot, and the food tasted great. They’ve usually been great whenever I visit, but my most recent experience was disappointing. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap for takeout, and because I was in a hurry, I didn’t check it before leaving. When I finally opened it, the wrap was severely burnt (Either it was left for too long or the grill was too hot). It was frustrating to see that it had been served like that without anyone taking a moment to fix the order. I hope this was just a one-off mistake, as I’ve generally had good experiences here.
