This used to be my go to TH, but once again while visiting this site a homeless guy was again sleeping at a table. No employee clearing table or behind the counter seemed to be concerned. Service was slow, mobile pickups getting the priority. Food was typical.

Terrible Experienceš”š¤¬š¤¬š¤¬. Just went this moring to get some breakfast with my sister. We ordered some food and it took Forever to get our food. When food was serve we could barely understand what the staff was saying, when we confirm it was ours and told her they made a mistake. Instead of dealing with the issue she yelled at us āI CANNOT DEAL WITH THIS!!!ā Is that how you treat customers!?? Walk out of the store disappointed and angry. I wasnāt able to get her name because she was not wearing a name tag. But I know that she works at the sandwich bar every morning of Saturday because this is not the first time we had to deal with her. We stopped going to this store for a while because of the same person. Just went back here again just to experience the same. NEVER AGAIN!!! Will I go this this storeā¦ The disrespect that you receive is unacceptable.
