Stopped for some iced caps and a couple Boston cream donuts.
Apparently we had stumbled upon one of the few Tim Hortons in Edmonton that does not have a drive-thru.
That was not that big of an issue because the staff were friendly and filled our order very quickly making this Tim Hortons visit in the upper echelon of satisfaction porn visiting Tim Hortons coffee shops.

Horrible service. Employee gets upset at the customer in front of me for making an honest mistake about accepting an order that’s not his which was immediately corrected so no harm done. Then you approach me confrontationally about my order. If you hate your job this much please quit rather than attacking your customers and having them start their day off in this horrible way. Also I have no issues with a mask being worn but when wearing one please speak up as it can be tough to hear rather than acting like your customer made an error. And continuing to complain about your customer for the whole restaurant to hear when you go back to preparing food is unacceptable. There are 4 Tim Hortons within 5 minutes drive for me. I will never come back to this location.
