Hello there, I have been to this location many times and have also been to a lot more Tims throughout the city but this location is by far my favourite because they make my tea latte perfect everytime!!!!!!! I’ve never had a bad experience either and the bathrooms are decently clean if you are to compare to other places!!!!! I don’t know why there’s more negative reviews for this location?? I’ve seen these employees yelled at by street people and a Karen!! Which was ridiculous!! There is this younger Asian kid… I can’t remember his name and 2 other lady employees who are very professional and efficient!!!!!! That Asian kid is so nice ? he is even knows my order and makes my tea latte PERFECT!!!! Only thing I can think of as an negative comment would be there’s no drive through!! Other than that all the other boxes are checked and 5 out of 5 ….. for my experience that is :)

The staff are lazy, and incompetent. they mess up at least 1 thing per order and i've seen it happen to multiple customers in a span of 20 minutes. this is the only timmies close to my house on my way to work or i have to walk 45 minutes in the other direction. i'd definitely choose another location if it was closer. i come here for the convenience not the quality of food or service

Ordered lunch through skip. It was a steak bowl. Opened it to find my food totally covered in thick sauce. You could barely see the food under the sauce. It was as thick as pudding. Tried to make the best of it but couldn't get past the thick mushy consistency. I threw it out. Wasted my money and was left with just a donut for my lunch.

If you're interested in trying the "Too good to go" App, DO NOT GO TO this location. They claim their boxes to be a 15$ value, I have ordered 2 boxes and BOTH times all I received was a 6 pack of stale old donuts valued at $6 regular price. I could've just bought fresh new donuts for the same price. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!! The app is amazing usually but this location gives them a bad name cheap rip off!!
