Honestly would give 0 stars if possible. Maybe 10% of all my orders are correct. At this point it seems like it is malicious. Order a sausage and egg biscuit with no cheese and get a sandwich with no sausage and WITH cheese. Order an extra large double double and the cup is half empty. Ordered a large turkey bacon club and got it with NO turkey. Terrible service and rude staff.

A girl who was took my order .. she was too rude and loudly with everyone… her name is daine.. on the date of 5 sep 5:44 timing i asked for iced moka i had validation code.. and she asked for a receipt i provided receipt then she said no you cant use this one .. then i ordered lemonade with creseant and one coffe with cressant this is too rude with customer i also worked in tim hortons and this is not a way to deal with customer… totally disrespectful .. she is destroying the reputation of tim hortons

I am a driver i need to order some coffee and use washroom as well but manager at this store does not allow me to use washroom. It’s unhuman thing i was literally standing 15 minutes outside the door.. worst store
The order taker named Sheryl needs some serious customer service skills. She was so impatient and rude waiting to take my order and it’s not even busy. I understand that it’s a fastfood store but please show some kindness and respect if your customer needs time to decide what to order. A little smile would be very much appreciated, Sheryl.

I went to this location 6.pm today, and used drive _ thru section. A young Filipino boy treated me with a very bad and inappropriate behavior and I asked him many times to change his behavior but he treated me very arrogantly and rudely again because I was dating my love and I didn't want to get on my nerves that's why I didn't say anything to him but I tell you to watch out for this boy.
