It is so loud here.The people working here are yelling and laughing so loud in a different language other than English.It sounds like a club.They do not seem to want to work and help the paying costumers.They are very rude and unprofessional.Horrible experience.

This is just a terrible place with rude attitudes towards customers. I stood there for 15 minutes. I didn't accept the order. There are also a lot of homeless people and the smell inside is unbearable.

Ordered a Dark Roast coffee (it was fine, just not as strong as I prefer)and a Honey Cruller (it was raw in the center). The Cruller issue happens accross all locations, and more frequently than I'd expect.

Came in for a half sweet chai tea latte but wasn't quite half sweet but just took it home and added hot water to make it less sweet. Drive through staff was exceptionallyt friendly, specifially Shephali. Friendly warm tone that will make this my go-to Tim's.
P.S. Please get the creme brule timbits as they are advirtised

We have been coming to this location for 3 years, in the evenings, 4 -5 times per week, The staff are nice, friendly, they remember our order whenever my husband and I approach the till: small black coffee/ 3 sugar on side, and medium hot water/ and regular chili (or chicken soup) with telera bun lightly toasted :) And Sarah, the young lady with her soft voice, is kind, as always Thank you!!
