I go here often , out of convenience. It is not often they get your order right . This morning I ordered a sausage bagel belt . They left out the sausage and I was too far away to go back to have it rectified .

orders are always done very fast, and as long as you don't give the workers attitude you won't get attitude back. I'd be a little on edge too if I had to work right above an ice rink blasting music as loud as a concert and dealing with Karens left and right every weekend..

Every time I visit this location I feel so bad for the staffs who don’t seem to like their job very much. Not even a single staff knows how to smile and say “thank you” back. It’s not their obligation to be nice, but it is part of their responsibilities not to be rude to their customers with that frowning face.

I always come to mall on weekends and every time i wana enjoy my favourite oreo ice cap but whenever i ask for it they always say we are out of oreo ice cap or it is not in stock and this happened more than 10 times and even today friday there was a girl at till who was behaving rude in evening such a bad experience

I work for the owners of the mall and I come to this location quite often for my morning coffee or breakfast. I often come for lunch too. The customer service here is just ok. I do notice they mess up on food orders and they fill up the coffee way too high and I am spilling coffee on myself and on the mall floors. Also they are sometimes stingy with their sleeves and I have burned my hand on many occasions. I also suggest that the people making the food to be friendlier.

im fed up with this location. i work in the mall so i stop there often to grab breakfast before work, during my break, etc. Every time i’ve been there in the last two weeks they mess something up with my order. I’ll ask for bacon egg and cheese, they will hand me a sandwich with lettuce and tomato. i’ll ask for a sandwich on a bagel and they will give me a croissant. THIS MORNING i asked for a medium caramel iced cap and the lady handed me a plain one and said that’s what they charged me for. They need to train their employees at the register way better than they have.
I was at the store around 6:30 PM on October 31, 2023 i ordered 2 french Vanilla medium size and i just mention to the Filipina lady who helped that time to give me 2 bavarian donut and she laughed at me with sarcastic face and she said "what bavarian we don't have bavarian" so i need to go back to check what kind of donuts do you have on your display.So I ordered 2 chocolate glazed instead and make my payment. After she giving back my change i was told her " its okay to correct me if wrong instead of laughing at me with your sarcastic face" i know maybe she's tired during that time. My point of view is not all your customer are familiar to your menu and instead of doing some kind of attitude like the filipina did to me why she's not offering the help for me to know what donut do you have instead of smiling at me with face reaction.

Yup. It's a Tim Hortons.I should be clear: as a Tim Hortons, 5 stars. As a cafe/coffee shop/donut shop 3 stars. It'll never blow you away, but it'll always be consistent.Unfortunately, a five star review system doesn't allow for a whole lot of subtlety.

great food, but way too busy. i was there early on a Tuesday, and the place was absolutely packed. took forever to get a very simple order and there was no chance we were sitting anywhere. I know it’s not their fault, but still annoying. they could definitely use another location in the food court or something, it’s a massive mall.
