At the moment, there's only 2 staff at 170th street, Edmonton location on the West side. Old guy in front of me waited a long time for the food, and left saying "this place is no good". I just watched the staff take orders, make sandwiches, bake and all. Very little baked goods on display cases, only chocolate timbits were out, no other choices. A couple behind me noticed the-same and they walked out. Another family came in, noticed it and walked out too. It took me 15 minutes in line just with one person in-front of me with one order of a drink. A couple waiting for their food order when I walked in, was still waiting when I walked out after 15 minutes. So under staffed. Should I go back? I will give it a try, that could've been just today that someone called in sick? To the manager of this place, please take care of your staff and your costumer. I worked at tim hortons, I was never treated bad nor experienced understaffing.

I just got delivery, they brought me food and coffee, is this "do it yourself" coffee for $2.30??? I mentioned in the description that I wanted a double double coffee, it came without milk, without sugar!!!!a full cup of coffee that spills out of my hands when i take the glass, excuse me, what is this?

This is an older restaurant in need of update, it's way under staffed, 1 person out front taking all the orders, making coffees, making breakfast. The one other guy was in the back making take 10's and catering platters. I wasted 19 minutes in your store, but at least the breakfast wrap actually had enough Chipotle sauce to taste (unlike the cheap Tim's in Callingwood). She didn't heat my pinwheel either, it was disappointing.
