Terrible service today. Not enough people on staff. People coming in and leaving because so slow. And the one girl that’s working the counter keeps telling the other workers she’s supposed to go on her break. Classic bad management here

Took 12 mins to get 1 breakfast sandwich. Appeared to have only 2 staff working in building. Seating area filthy. Staff moving at snails pace. Not even a hello or sorry about the wait. Very poor service.

The food is close to the franchise quality, but this particular location is very dirty. Staff rarely cleans the tables and seats, even if you ask. Sometimes it is so dirty I hesitate to sit down. Several seats are damaged. Staff needs more training.

Great customer service good coffee for once, but I don’t understand Tim Hortons and never being able to understand someone’s order you ask for no tomatoes on two wraps so instead, I get the biggest juiciest grossest tomatoes on my wrap. Thanks for the waste of money.

All I wanted was a quick coffee to go, but the wait was painful... No one greeted me - in fact neither of the two staff even made eye contact though the one gentleman didn't seem to be rushing at much. Neither smiled even once. I decided that I'd use my Tim's rewards points (that I'd already chosen for a coffee online) here, as I certainly didn't want to give them any cash since the service was so dreadful, but for some reason they said that it wasn't working. Another customer offered to pay for my coffee, but I gratefully declined as I had the money. I think that was the only positive experience I had - the kindness of another customer - & of course my double double was good as usual thankfully. I refuse to return though.

This is one of the worst Tim Hortons locations in Edmonton. The bagels were completely cold and not toasted at all. When I asked the staff to toast them, they refused and claimed the bagel felt cold only because of the cream cheese — which was clearly not true. The bagel was never grilled and seemed hours old.
The coffee was just as bad — it was served cold instead of hot. When I brought this to their attention, the staff refused to help and showed a very unprofessional and rude attitude. To make matters worse, they also refused to provide their names when asked.
Extremely disappointing service, poor quality food, and unacceptable customer behavior. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.

The lack of communication between the drive-through and the customer is ridiculous.
