Would be nice to have some background music that most people would enjoy to add to the atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessibility is good at a good court in a mall but stand alone locations entrance is at best awkward.

Excellent location. Staff are expeditious and friendly. Cleanliness is maintained to a high standard. The ownership is involved and dedicated to customers having a good experience. Definitely stand out among all the other Tims.

What a refreshing change!! A Tim Hortons with high standards. I have been searching for a Tims where I feel safe, comfortable, and can enjoy a leisurely coffee. In five prior Tim Hortons experiences in the Edmonton area I have been extremely disappointed. The Tim Hortons on 97th Street and 160th Ave just may be my new second home. Expedient service, high cleanliness standards, friendly staff made this Tim Hortons stand out.The all too common issue of homeless people has propelled me in my search. The owner and staff treat everyone with respect, kindness and charity but firmly manage people who choose to sleep, and/ or behave inappropriately, during their visit in the restaurant. Today Nico did an excellent job of handling a indigent person seated next to us. This has been lacking in all the other Tim Hortons that we visited. Congratulations to Dave and his highly effective team for running an excellent business that we will choose to frequent and tell our friends about - including all of you.

My Coffee Was Overly Hot And Bitter, This Was NOT Following The "20 Minute Fresh" That's Always Advertised.- It Shouldn't Be Scalding Hot So That You Can't Actually Try To Enjoy Your Coffee Until It Has Sat In The Cupholder For 15 To 20 Minutes !

Ordered a bagel double toasted it was smushed and looks quadruple toasted in the pits of a volcano with a sprinkle of cream cheese. I'm absolutely furious at the quality and service.
