Most of the staff is very nice.. there's some staff if you order more than one drink or similar drinks they don't ring it in and tell you you didn't order it and some of the food isn't that fresh. Also they don't have a door that open automatically which makes it hard for disabled and or strollers to come in

They always fail to put bacon on my bagels. Every time. Service is so slow. Lately 1 ordering lane is always closed, making it slower. The French vanillas taste watered down to nothing for the last few months. The staff never apologize for messing up your order. They never tell you when you're ordering if something is sold out. Not even before you pay.
