I rated this place in the past with 5 stars, but recently, their service has decreased substantially. So, I have now decreased it to 1 Star. Danny (The manager) is rude and has no customer service skills. He absolutely did not care about what I was saying. Infact he was actually defending his worker. I won't be back to location and I advise everyone not to go here. On Tuesday I am calling the head office complaining. I hope Danny gets fired.

White hot chocolates always watery. Size/time of day or week doesn't matter. People don't pay 3.20 for a small watered down into an extra large. Change your powder pouches and learn to operate a mostly automated machine. Otherwise staff are polite.

Absolutely horrible experience. My boyfriend who doesn't speak English went with a list of what to buy. He showed an older white lady what he wanted on his phone which was a turkey cheese panini. She gave him a large Turkey sandwich with only tomato and lettuce. On thier website the large turkey sandwich is 11.39 which is more than the 8.39 Turkey cheese panini. He went back and returned the turkey sandwich and got the panini, however they refused to refund the difference. They said that the large turkey sandwich was cheaper than the panini, however the prices on their website said otherwise. I called them on the phone and explained this to the manager. The manager said absolutely they would refund him. He went back a 3rd time and they refused him again. I'm starting to think it was something to do with race as when I spoke to him on the phone he was happy to refund my boyfriend. Yet as soon as he goes for the refund he was denied a second time.

Worst experience ever went in today with a limited amountofmoney and had just enough for what I want if I got my deal with the app. They proceededto say that because there scanner for the app was malfunctioning they couldn't honorthe discount. It their app . I asked if that's the case can they at least discount it on their end manually. Apparently they can not . So disappointedat the customerservice at this location. I guess you don't value your customers or really want business for those that are in the community.

Horrible Tim Hortons. Every single time I go there I typically get a breakfast item, I ask for no eggs because I cannot eat them due to dietary restrictions. They seem to think that is very funny and always make sure to put extra egg on my food, it is very disrespectful and a waste of money! This Tim Hortons messes up my orders 75% of the time and has HORRIBLE customer service. Employees give dirty looks and glares to customers.I would be understanding if this was an uncommon thing but I am so sick of this specific Timmies !
