The lady taking my order sounded passive aggressive & annoyed lol made me feel awkward . Friendliness could be worked on when taking orders :(

Since my last review the service has gone down hill. The majority of my orders are now incorrect. The new staff do not know what they are doing. I do not like to complain but it has gotten bad all my orders are missing items and my drinks are made incorrectly in the last month. And I order every day.

The 5 times I have been to this location they either mess up my order or have me pull to the front as ro not damage diver thru times... this is last time I will be at this location... 2 drinks (latte and black coffee) and some tim bits and I've waited 5 mins out front as I write this review... I dont understand why every single time its been a seemingly hard task to prepare mobile orders.

This place was so busy! The staff were great and had a nice flow going. Food took a little bit but totally understandable. Smiles we’re exchanged and they made it the best possible wait ever

Came in here for a coffee only to witness one of the staff coughing in here hands then continued to serve food. I asked for the manager but was told they weren't here, so explained to another staff member what I witnessed and she needs to wash here hands. She was told to wash her hands, but continued to work with food instead 🤢

The employees at this Tim Hortons are always polite and provide great service. However, I noticed something concerning this morning around 6:45 AM - a grey Hyundai car was repeatedly circling in the drive-thru area. It felt unusual and a bit suspicious. Just thought it’s worth bringing to attention for everyone’s safety.

Always quick drive through in the morning
The employees are nice enough I suppose, however given how busy it can get the quality of the food takes a hit and I only visit if I absolutely need to. There needs to be a bit more efficiency from the company itself as well, because the presentation is lacking and things are often missed on your food i.e sauces, OR it's spilling into your lap. Recently I was made waiting (with my food sitting there right in front of me) while the co-workers were looking at a cell phone and talking amongst themselves for at least 1 minute. I should have just grabbed the food myself because it was completely unprofessional and uncalled for.

Every time I come through here you guys screw up an order can we get it right for once like this time I'm missing some of my hot chocolate like come on and any other time you make your peach quenchers with lemonade two watery I think it's time to change the lemonade so that it doesn't taste like water anymore so that we enjoy our peach quencher and don't have to ask for more peach juice than lemonade so it doesn't taste like water
