This is for all Tim Hortons, I purchased a Tims card with $15 bout a coffee and doughnut. The next day went to buy a coffee and balance is $0 . Happend twice on different cards , someone's steeling!

Evelyn was the one who served me with an excellent service. She took the order promptly and even explained cordially that all the products that the branch has been serving are all Fresh. I ordered a chocolate muffin and I asked to warm it up in the oven for a bit and she said “Yes, no problem”. That’s awesome! I don’t visit the branch that often but this isn’t my first time to come by and purchase a drink/snacks. The service was exemplary! It contributes a warm atmosphere as you enter the place when you get welcomed by a staff such as Evelyn. She’s sincere with her smiles and gestures.
To the owner, kindly give her a commendation for being an awesome staff who served me today🥳

I ordered 4 muffins and 12 Timbites from Skip the Dishes. When the order arrived, I opened the bag and there were only 3 muffins. I called to complain and they said they would call the manager to find out what to do, as if it were very difficult to resolve. If I paid for 4 and only received 3, they only had to send the missing ones, but no, they never said anything again and never answered the phone. They won't sell anything to me again, that was the last time. Terrible service.

I don't think the people that works here like what they're doing. There's a lot of Tim Hortons in the city, if you don't want your morning to be ruined go somewhere else.

This tim hortons is one of the worst in the area. Consistently runs out of sausage, egg, & honey I find specifically but who knows what else. Within the last 10 days I've had to get 2 refunds from them charging me for simply, not at all what I ordered. I would go to a different tim hortons if possible. *Note* It has gotten worse over the past 3 months. But it used to be a good location and I recognize a lot of the regular staff there so im not even being sexist when I say this, the woman workers there are always really nice, and try their best. The men SUCK.

50/50 your order will be messed up. 9/10 the order will be wrong on the screen, if you try and correct them they’ll say “yeah yeah whatever, next!”
Today I told her it’s rude to do that, the order was wrong and I want my coffee a certain way, her response was to laugh and say “it dorsnt matter, I put whatever I want on the screen, I heard you, you don’t need to repeat it” I told her it was disrespectful to laugh at someone when they have a complaint, her response was to laugh and say “whatever I smiled didn’t I”
This was the manager! I can only imagine how she treats her staff

Only tim hortons in edmonton that charge 60 cents for one honey . All other tim hortons charge 10 cents . They know about it and been told to put a review . Actually its their owner who told them to do that. But the employees are great.
