I placed an online order and when I went to pickup they notified me that they were out of stock. They then told me that the manager doesn’t allow refunds. The on-site manager then just left me at the front counter, assuming I was accepting of this level of service. When I asked again for a refund, they said their system wouldn’t allow it, and they couldn’t just give me cash out of the till because it needs to balance at the end of the shift. After 10 minutes of trying to navigate the app, finally I was able to show them where it says ‘ask the store for a refund’. They angrily took cash from the drawer and gave it to me without saying a word.

Everytime I am ordering big orders from this store, they always gets it wrong. The last time I ordered was the last time I will go there. I had a list and went through with the cashier slowly so that there will be no mistake and he still did. I ordered cookies and when I asked for it, he said that he didn't punch it. We had to go back and forth 3 times and there still some missing orders. I was the first who ordered and I was the last to complete the order. This is very unreasonable specially I was a regular customer.

At 10:40 am sept 28. Lady taking the drive through orders was extremely and she acknowledged she was rude. Person like her should NOT be on the front line of service. Very obviously she hates her job.

I been to this location yesterday while ordering i found a honey bee kind of fly in inside the cabins in croissant and donuts feel worried for all people who eat here please check food properly before eat I already attach a pic in photos

How hard can this be? I wasn’t even busy…. Stop focusing on weird food options and analysis of bogus metrics, and try to provide a half decent customer experience…

Went to this Tim Hortons and ordered Tim bits assorted. Instead of giving me assorted I got only two types of Tim bits. I shouldn’t be this upset but I’m hangry and they aren’t even any of the good kind
I read all the reviews and still took a chance. Ordered a medium double double. Got a black. And I was the only person in there. Pathetic employees. Time to clear house

This location is a bit of a weird black hole and is only about their farmers wrap. Some days it's literally the best wrap I've ever had at Tim's, like it's grilled and it's spaced out good and they don't cheap on the sauce but other days man you get a not even warm tortilla wrap and the entire thing has shifted to the bottom sitting in a pile of cold chipotle sauce and even get random egg shells or something crunchy in it. So it's a roll of the dice for breakfast at this location because you will either get the nectar of the gods or you end up with a literal diaper.

Don't ever walk in to order things. They will take your money and then completely ignore you even when you talk directly to them to get the one item you ordered. They only care about the drive through.
