I understand that some people insist on going through the drivethru to make special/large orders, but when they do, the attendant at the drivethru window can't be afraid to ask the customer to pull up front and wait so that they can bring the order out to them.

I was the last (3rd) car in line at the drivethru and it took 18 minutes from the time I ordered to make it up to the window to collect my now melted ice capp. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, there were now 11 cars in line all waiting to order because 2 customers made special orders and each sat at the window for 7-8 minutes after paying instead of clearing out of the line for the rest of the customers to get through.

Terrible service and terrible drinks. It’s almost like they are a whole other company. I always go here but the last time set me off the edge. I will be driving 3 mins farther from here on out.

I made an app order and they did not noticed my order until I pointed it out after they had changed the screen to my # have been served. Then, I believe they had put cream instead of Almond milk.

This is the slowest Tims I’ve ever seen. They really need to staff up- long line at drive through, line inside at 9 am . 20 min to get a coffee inside. The staffs were polite, just a very slow operation.

I came here to order a chicken wrap with no sauce just as a quick meal, then waited 25 minutes!! I had to repeatedly remind the staff, and my order wasn't even made correctly. Many behind me in line got their orders before me. With a long waiting period for many of the other customers. Terrible choice for a Tim's.

Waited over 15 minutes for a wrap.
Lady told to wait in the front and she will bring the food outside.

Waited here more than 15 minutes and no one shows up.
I called the number on the google and again someone answered the call and said checking.

Slowest service in a long time. I waited about 10 mins for a breakfast sandwich....that had been sitting on the counter for about 5 mins before someone who knew what they were doing came over and asked what I was waiting for, saw the sandwich sitting there and finally gave it to me. NO APOLOGIES either, as if I had all the time in the world to wait for my food. Disgraceful.
Is it just me or are all the tim hortons getting WORSE AND WORSE for their blatant disregard for peoples time.
Time to boycott!!

The staff is absolutely rude! Disgusting behaviour! Always yelling at their customers, rushing them to order and then keep yelling to hurry them! Specially that Indian woman working at the drive thru! Tim Hortons we know that it’s a fast drive thru place but please do some research on your employees and their behaviour towards your customers! It’s absolutely horrible and scary
