Around 11:22 AM today, we purchased three small steeped teas. To our shock, one of them contained a piece of plastic. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious food safety concerns. Unfortunately, we’re currently travelling and unable to return to the location to report it in person. This kind of negligence is both disappointing and alarming.

Slow drive thru queue. It took us 20 minutes on the line and another 10 minutes waiting for the order. Maybe management should schedule more staff during the weekend. Good coffee and great staff.

Service is terrible in the drive thru always giving me the wrong drink. Ordered a peach frozen quencher they tried handing me a strawberry first then they gave me the tangerine one 🙃 😑

If you plan on coming here be sure to bring a winter jacket... everyone in here is complaining that is freezing... you have to go outside to warm up... ive even seen people order their food then while waiting went back to their car to layer up

I have been to this tim hortons 3 times in the last 2 weeks, and all three times it seems like they water down there white hot chocolate, and when I went back to do a complaint they did not replace the white hot chocolate at the same location, but at any other tim hortons the white hot chocolate has been awesome.

Had a great experience.The coffee was fresh and smooth, and the donuts were perfectly soft and sweet. Service was quick and friendly, making it a cozy stop for a quick treat.
Should update their opening hours I went there around 9:30pm main entrance was closed

I waited 15 minutes just for 2 iced capps and 6 donuts ... they ended up serving two other customers in front of me and they got their order before MINE. It wasn't even busy, less than 5 people in the establishment.
