Great service.
May 20, 2025 at 10:28 pm, I drove through as I usual at this coffee shop I ordered a large coffee and staff offered me a cold coffee. It was cold as an iced water. I pointed it out at the time and the lady apologized and took it back. A minute later, she came with another cup of coffee. I took it and drove away right away. When I took a sip on my way to night shift, hell no, it was also cold and taste changed from a fresh coffee taste. What a dishonesty! My time and $2 was a big waste.
Got coffee at 530 am; they were very fast and had it ready as soon as I walked in. I definitely appreciate their enthusiasm, especially this early.

It’s wonderful place and service. I highly recommend it and if you go over there, meet to Zeynep. She is very kind and smiley.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich- egg and cheese and asked to have tomato and turkey added. It was an extra $3.30 to do do. Get home and there's no egg or cheese and a black rotten piece of lettuce. Zero quality control.
I emailed Tim Hortons customer service about the issue and they said the restaurant would be in touch- they weren't. Never received a call or anything so that says all you need to know about the terrible management at this location.

Service was very rude. I am construction worker and ordered 5 coffees and a farmers wrap, and the till worker scoffed at me and was rude to me for having such a big order.
I used to work at a tim hortons when I was in high school, so I understand it sucks, but this is literally your only job. It is not that hard to fake a smile and nod your head (I know because I did just that). Not only was she rude, I had to wait roughly 15 minutes for my coffees and one food item, while watching people with 2 or 3 coffees get served before me, who were way farther back in line than I was.

Worst customer service! I went through the drive-thru and repeated my order three times because the order taker kept asking for it again and again. When we received our order, it was still wrong. They didn't give us a receipt, and when I complained about missing items, they said I wasn't charged for it. It ruined everyone's morning.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere. Absolute worst is they let dogs into the restaurant, who wants some idiots dog where food is being prepared and served? Not the health board, that’s for sure. The manager is either too stupid to realize she has no clue what she is doing, or she just doesn’t care. Either way, every staff member needs to go elsewhere until they learn the customer comes first as without the customer, they have zero business.

This place have staff name is Dili the worst staff I ever met. we went for ate dine-in there today for breakfast today around 8 am Sept.26 ,we order like almost $32 we done our food just coffee left, so my husband taste his black he use to be have honey on it,but getting the honey to just put in his coffee . This lady calling my husband stealing instead saying that one need charge of course we will pay if needed but you know the difference of stealing we still there you can charge us but never use the words stealing coz we're not come and get and run away. Dili needs to upgrade her attitude . She needs to watch her mouth lucky we have to go for work.
Try to use the offer from Tim Horton the supervisor only keep telling me the offer can’t go through end up have to pay regular price and leave

The service is so bad when you walk in. It takes 5-10 minutes everytime to even take my order than another 3 to hand it out. On top of that they mess up an order every 3-4 times I take one.
