I visited Tim Hortons on Friday and had a wonderful experience. I noticed a turbaned team member working with great dedication and professionalism. While I was heading to the washroom, I observed him preparing donuts with excellent attention to cleanliness and hygiene. He was wearing proper gloves and carefully following all food safety standards. His hard work and commitment truly stood out. I really appreciate his efforts and thank him for making delicious, fresh, and hygienic donuts for everyone. Excellent service by Tim Hortons!

Giving a low rating simply because of the washroom issue! I passed on the drive true today, choosing to park instead, tramp throuhg the snow. And wait longer for my breakfast simply so that I could use the bathroom. I have a minor health condition, and yet there I was... ignored after using the automated kiosk... waiting longer and with absolutely no access to a locked bathroom while assured by the clueless staff thst my food was coming! Terrible. Human beings have basic needs!

I order biscoff latte and they gave me regular latte and charge me for biscoff latte.. when I drink it it has lump or curd of milk at bottom. Very disappointing and discouraging.

We ordered 10 Birthday Cake Timbits for our 2 dogs because I personally don't like pre frozened and reheated product but my dogs do. Instead, they gave us 10 CHOCOLATE TIMBITS....COME ON ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT. The coffee tasted old had coffee grains in the bottom of the cup....GROSS.

This place is obssed with their timing in getting food out as fast ad possible so much that they give u fast mediocre food and SCREAM next while theyre jumping waiting for u to pull away from the drive thru immediately as they hold ur drink and donut in ur face so u can get ur food and leave so that their times dont go too low. Terrible service and treatment. It was aug 22 at 8:30 whoever's working that drive thru window at that time needs to be taught some customer service experience.
