I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons today at around 8:20 PM on February 19. My husband went there to order food, and a staff member named Prabhdeep handled the food very badly and threw it onto the counter without any care or professionalism.
What was even more upsetting was that she didn’t show any regret or apologize for her behaviour. Instead, another younger staff member had to step in and say sorry on her behalf, which clearly shows a lack of responsibility and customer service from Prabhdeep herself.
I respectfully request the management to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to mitigate this issue. If this kind of behaviour continues, it can negatively impact customer trust and the reputation of your establishment.

Came here the other day and got a farmers wrap and iced coffee like I usually do, I pulled up to the window and scanned my Tim’s card and she said I’m good to go so I assumed the person ahead of me paid for me or my points paid for my meal or something, she handed me all my food and I was driving away and she stuck her whole body out the window and was literally screaming at me that I didn’t pay for my food, i told her there was cars behind me and I couldn’t reverse so she yelled at me to come inside, I went inside paid for my food and the attitude and looks I got from all the workers here was actually disgusting, I don’t know why I was being treated like I stole something when the debit machine wasn’t given to me to pay? Anyways I did not appreciate the service I received that day it was genuinely crazy how I got treated.
Also the up-selling here is a bit much, everytime I go through the drive through I get asked atleast 3-4 times if i would like to make my singular item a meal, even after saying no they still ask me multiple times before I come up to the window.
Whoever management is here please teach your workers how to do their job because for 1 the way I got treated the other day was crazy, teach your workers to give the customer the debit machine to pay instead of having them stick their whole body outside the takeout window yelling at the top of their lungs that I didn’t pay for my food, and to take accountability for their own actions instead of literally embarassing me in front of a whole restaurant and to the public that I was trying to steal food. And for 2 to teach your workers that if a customer says they don’t want to make their item a meal that should be it, I work in the food service industry and if a customer says they don’t want to up charge their meal we leave it as is, we don’t ask annoy them over and over trying to force them to up charge their meal.

I’ve spent 25 years in Canada, and today was a totally new experience for me. After a walk, I went to Tim Hortons for lunch. I decided on a crispy chicken wrap. The girl who took my order, Harman—I read her name on the name tag—gave me great recommendations. When I got my order, I think the girl’s name was Komal (from her name tag), and she greeted me so well. The whole team was well put together—an experience I’ll remember!

I visited Tim Hortons on Friday and had a wonderful experience. I noticed a turbaned team member working with great dedication and professionalism. While I was heading to the washroom, I observed him preparing donuts with excellent attention to cleanliness and hygiene. He was wearing proper gloves and carefully following all food safety standards. His hard work and commitment truly stood out. I really appreciate his efforts and thank him for making delicious, fresh, and hygienic donuts for everyone. Excellent service by Tim Hortons!

Giving a low rating simply because of the washroom issue! I passed on the drive true today, choosing to park instead, tramp throuhg the snow. And wait longer for my breakfast simply so that I could use the bathroom. I have a minor health condition, and yet there I was... ignored after using the automated kiosk... waiting longer and with absolutely no access to a locked bathroom while assured by the clueless staff thst my food was coming! Terrible. Human beings have basic needs!
