Ordered a B.E.L.T sandwich and was provided with this.I understand when your busy things can get overwhelming and this location was quite busy this morning. But quality of food should not be sacrificed, especially when the sandwich’s cost as much as they do now.Also ordered smile cookies, which were jammed in a bag until I requested a box and when they brought our drinks they brought one of the coffees and the pop but forgot the other coffee until I finally got the lady’s attention to find out where the other was.Very unhappy with my breakfast order.If you’re looking to just grab a coffee, perfect stop. They seem to be able to get your coffee quick and easy but if you want more, it’s quite a process.

I bring my daughter here often in the mornings when I’m dropping her off for daycare. We usually get a large order for my work. The service here is always fantastic. The people working here are very nice to my daughter. They have remembered our routine and always get things ready quick and consistent. Little things that they do that other Tim’s does not… tape the muffin box shut because Tim’s poor design doesn’t close. Help me get the donuts boxes into my bags. They always provide a single donut bag for my daughter so she can pick a donut from the box.The service here is fantastic and I just wanted to point it out because these days… every other Tim’s I go to is terribly lacking customer service. Especially for those of us who choose to go in the building and not drive through.

No one to respond at counter to help the customers, before me there was a customer who is not a normal person, but no one is ready come to counter, everyone is busy with drive through orders, they don’t want to respond to walk in customers disgusting place please avoid this place, I got picture with me but I can’t post here coz of person concern

Today I ordered the cheese Pizza via the app. I was actually surprised you could semi customize your toppings.The cheese pizza was $6.99 toppings and dip with an additional charge.I ordered on the app, pulled up into the drive thru and told them about my mobile order.I was told to wait 1 minute at the speaker, then after a minute the lady told me to pull up to the window. I was then given my coffee immediately and 1 minute later given my pizza. The drive through was not busy, but the service level was excellent. Mind you based on some of the threads here, I thought it was going to be a disaster with the the workers swearing and throwing the pizza at me because I used the drive through.It was quick, pleasant experience and the workers still greeted me with a smile.I would give it 5/5 based on price, and understanding its an economical pizza. It was Made fresh in 2 minutes and price/performance is amazing. Has to be eaten immediately in car otherwise your mileage may vary.You can customize it in app with different dipping sauces including habenro.Positive experience overall.

I don't know what they're telling their employees but lately looking to be efficient they almost throw the food out of the window for you to catch. It is so rude; when I was arriving to the drive thru they already had my coffee out of the window and I wasn't finished paying when they were yelling: next please!. I took a few seconds to put the coffee down and the card back in the wallet and they yelled again next please!I know you have to be fast but this is insane. It's so rude to be rushing the client, you guys need to train better, neither be too slow nor throw the food in our laps.

Washroom is filthy dirty. Tried talking to the staff that is dirty and needed to be cleaned but after two hours I went again to the washroom and its still the same. How is this comitted to cleanliness?

I usually have a great experience at this Tim Hortons, but this time was awful. Asked for 3 sugars in my tea, got it wrong. When I called Amitoj for extra sugar, she ignored me at first, then gave weird looks like she had attitude.Thought this Tim Hortons was different, but now realize they're all the same.

I have been going to this tim hortons to get a coffee after my shift for a while now, and every time that I go to get a coffee it tastes extremely burnt and bitter, it's so bad that I threw the coffee out on the way home. I have informed staff about this many times and all the response I get is "its a fresh pot, don't know what you're talking about." So just to tell you once again.. CLEAN YOUR COFFE CONTAINERS. or get a new pot entirely because apparently it's "clean" every time I go there. It is honestly disgusting and is a health hazard to loyal people.

Nice people, slow service this morning. I had a few minutes to spare this morning before I had to take the train to work, and hoped I could squeeze in a stop for breakfast. I really hoped the service would be quick. Usually I avoid doing this because of the potential of service being somewhat slow. Often times I find myself waiting a couple minutes before I am even noticed (at any Tim hortons). This time, the cashier was taking a bit more time with customer than I expected, and I had to leave. Granted, I wasn’t there long but as I was standing there, I was assessing how long it would be until I would actually be served and the time I got my order. It isn’t just the cashier’s fault. I used to supervise in the fast food industry many years ago. We had one person stationed on drive thru at all times, a couple people on the front end cash, a couple cooks, and one or two runners who bagged the orders and handed them to the customers. Our goal was that the orders were made and delivered to the customer within 2 minutes. On drive thru the goal was 90 seconds. In most cases we succeeded.However, I understand, you have to pay for the extra staff for that, but the benefits are far greater because the faster people can receive their order, the more people will dare to go to Tim hortons even when they are crunched for time such as I was.Thank you ?

This is quite possibly the worst Tim Hortons I have been too. Every time I go here it’s the same horrible customer service and employees who just stand around and chit chat rather than doing their job. I waited close to 20 mins in the drive thru for 2 coffees. When I pulled up to the window I could see that there was no customers inside and the 4-5 females working were walking around chatting and laughing. I usually go here because it’s a 2 min drive from my house but not anymore. The owner needs to step up and find better employees for this location.

It seems like every time I walk in there’s just a group of employees standing around and talking, even when it’s insanely busy! Whenever I order a sandwich it’s just slapped together with no thought. It always seems to take forever for someone to even come to the register and take an order. There’s maybe 2 employees there that look friendly most of the time but everyone else just looks unimpressed and careless. Maybe it’s just my constant experiences that are bad but it definitely looks like the team here needs to be retrained compared to other locations.
