Great service!!! Very friendly staff. I recommend everyone to visit this location.
I have visited multiple Tim Horton cafes but this time it wasn't just indifferent there but also was my worst experience. The staff members were all over the place yet they couldn't handle the store as it was meant to be. They were busy chatting with each other, having big time laughing despite not being very attentive to the customers.
I awaited my order of potato wedges for about 10 minutes and it shouldn't be taking that long, infact , on asking the staff twice, they had to check on my order. Surprise! They had completely forgotten about that. They werent even sorry about it and instead they were giggling on this blunder.
Poor management and unprofessional customer service.
I wish to never go there again!
I visited Tim Hortons today around 10 AM, as part of my usual routine. While I frequent this location often, today’s experience stood out in the best way. I ordered through the drive-thru, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the coffee.
The coffee was exceptionally well-prepared—properly balanced, and most notably, perfectly stirred. This attention to detail made a noticeable difference and was a great way to start the day. The service was prompt and courteous, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable.
I visit this Tim’s almost every week day. The service is so good. There is one lady in particular that honestly makes my day. Calls you sweetheart. The attached picture is a receipt from one day I was there. I hope you can tell who it was because she deserves mentioning. But honestly all the staff there do. It can be very busy and they all do a great job.
Horrible customer service, the girl was cleaning the coffee machine, so we could not buy the drink we wanted, but I wanted to buy myself a New Year's cup while I paid for it, the girl left to continue cleaning the coffee machine without telling me anything and without giving me the goods I paid for, I had to call her to pay attention to me, and she said that I could just take it off the shelf without even packing it for me, your employees are very unqualified and do not know how to communicate with customers to leave them a good impression

I waited a long time for service, they ignore the in person line up to serve the drive thru. I ordered a pepperoni flatbread, thinking it was probably the safest one to order with meat. I also ordered a cheese flatbread and soup. Again service is super slow as I waited for the order to be processed. I never looked inside to make sure the order was correct, after I got home and opened the pepperoni flatbread it was to discover it was chicken. And not good looking chicken, it looked like rubber. I wasn't going to drive all the way back to exchange for the correct order. Terrible service and not great food.

They make tasty steeped tea every time i order. People like steeped tea to be hot.

my mom and I came in earlier today and were served by someone I'll call Worker X. while ordering, one of X's coworkers came by and started doing their work at the till. that was offputting to us, honestly. X also forgot our croissant at first, but that's okay.
after serving our food, X went around and cleaned the dining room area + worked on the counter in some way, all by themself. most of X's coworkers were standing elsewhere, chatting amicably amongst themselves without bothering to help X.
there was another coworker who was understandably busy with their own work at the back. but otherwise, my mom and I felt genuinely SO bad for X and we hope they're doing okay.

I am Tim customer for last 20 years , specifically this Tim Verna is my favourite employee. Excellent service always smiling.
But on the other hand worse food . Coffee tea , bagel, everything is garbage. Every day I play my $2.40 on gamble, and wait my tea is good or bad . Some days I am lucky some days I am not . These companies making fools of customers selling sweet colours water , don’t know what is the taste of tea of coffee. I think lack of education and knowledge. Selling frozen snacks on a coffee shop . Heat and sell . But I will still go every day , for my tea and gamble for my $2.40.
But just want to mention staff is good, they are helpless .. what company provides they have to sell. Lucky company has millions of stupid customers including me .
