Went today around 6.30 in morning ordered croissant with hash brown and bagel. But there was no hash brown in croissant when I went back and ask them they give me wrong order. Instead of accepting the mistake she started blaming me by saying they put hashbrown in there. That was so rude of you guys. Please give your staff some etiquette.

I go here for my morning coffee, and I order Hot caramel toffee, and the staff ask me if it’s cold and what’s in my coffee. And another staff came to help, I told her again Hot caramel toffee. And again they don’t get what I want. I said hot caramel toffee and she said with cream and sugar. I said it’s in your menu board. Hot caramel toffee. Toffee toffee. And I quit. I said never mind, I will go to other Tim Horton. I left with a high blood pressure. I will never come back in this store again. Terrible.

This branch of tim hortons is the worst in edmonton. They will ask you to repeat your order a couple of times in drive thru like they don’t understand anything in this world. Then at the end when I get back home one bagel is missing in my bag. Wasted my time and got scammed. Good luck Canada.
