i went to this location on sunday and i had AMAZING service, better than any tim hortons give ever been to!!! This place is very clean and has a nice atmosphere!! The workers here are so friendly and worked so fast to get my order done!! I even talked to the supervisor, and she was so kind and friendly! Overall, this is a great place and I would 100% recommend going here

oh my gosh i have NEVER been to a better tim hortons in my entire LIFE. and when i say i’ve been to a lot, i have!! this place is spectacular in all criteria. cleanliness, food, service, you name it! their food is always so fresh and so warm, you can always tell that they make it with love. i can tell the workers here put all their hard work and effort into taking care of us customers. but their supervisor, let me tell you, is absolutely AMAZING. they were so kind to me especially and gave me the best service of all. u all should DEFINITELY come here when you have a chance. 10/10!!!!

This Tim Hortons is my go-to for various reasons. They have a very clean atmosphere and good service. The workers here are beyond friendly. They take the time to get to know their customers. Me and my gals have a great time hanging out here every Sunday morning. Would 100% come back. 10/10 would recommend.

Oh my goodness gracious, let me tell you, this place is SPARKLING clean. 10/10 service etc. the food is served extremely fast and the service is phenomenal. This place is always bustling busy yet they serve you fast and quick. i never once complained about my food/drink they always put in their best and most effort into their customors. All of their employees are amazing, especially their supervisors. It is very clear that they're professional at their job, well done tim hortons!

430 on a Tuesday. Drive thru order was wrong, (frozen lemonade I ordered classic) trainee explained how he is still learning. Fine. I asked for it to be corrected, to my surprise it was a watered down lemonade. So I go back to have it corrected. Altercation between the lady who was helping trainee. I asked for name, she said no. Completely unprofessional when dealing with a customer. Continued to rebuttal and have misinformation. Refund was offered rather than helping correct the confusion. Too much arguing rather than correcting a simple 2$ item. Please inform staff how to have adequate customer care. Poor service.

We have lived in this neighbourhood since this Tims was built. There has been many staff changes over the years and the current morning staff is by far the best which has prompted the good review. Absolutely love this location and it’s the BEST in comparison to the rest. Maybe I am being bias just because we get treated so well…like regulars and everyone knows our name…? but they even know our dogs name! This is the only location that gives out expired Timbit treats to our dog and she loves it, she has come to expect the spoiled treatment in fact. She cries at other locations when they don't through her a treat thru the window. Lol, if we so much as say, “hello puppy” she starts winning and demands a trip to Tims and if she smells coffee on us cause we went to Tims on the way home from running around she will whine until she gets her Timbit they send home with us. Shes more of an addict than us! The owner should give out raises to this staff cause they are the reason we average $300+/month at this location.
