Had such a wonderful visit at Tim Hortons today! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The place was clean, cozy, and smelled like fresh coffee heaven ☕🍩. What really made our visit extra special was the amazing service from Amabelle. She greeted us with such a warm smile, was super friendly, and made sure our order was just right. 🌟 It’s not every day you come across staff who genuinely make your coffee run feel brighter, but Amabelle truly went above and beyond! I left not just with my favorite Tims treat, but also with a smile. 😍 Definitely one of my best Tim Hortons experiences yet. The Tim Hortons at Oxford is always an excellent stop! The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and I really want to highlight Amabel for her outstanding service. She is always cheerful, polite, and makes the experience even better. My orders are always fresh and accurate, and the coffee tastes perfect every time. The restaurant is clean, well-organized, and the drive-thru is quick and efficient. Overall, this location always delivers great service, and Amabel truly stands out for making customers feel valued!
Very Slow service, stood there for almost 5 minutes No Cashier showed up until then. Everyone was too busy to serve the drive thru. At least says Hi, a smile or Hello, SAY SOMETHING at least, someone will be right with you, but the ladies never acknowledge my presence. And eventually, a guy showed up . Plus, lemon puppy seed muffin isn't available. I STILL END-UP TO PURCHASED HALF DOZENS DONUTS.
